Very impressed with Omega, my DOB was wrong when the confirmation was printed. They were very quick to amend this mistake. Very easy to book too, this is the second time we have used Omega and will be using them again.

I inputted all my details TWICE and then thought it was all booked only to be declined TWICE! Eventually I called the centre in Milton Keynes and spoke to someone who told me to not select a meal option!!!! Who would've thought that would glitch the system??!! So after a 3rd attempt I finally got my flight but not without being stressed and inconvenienced. This needs to be looked at immediately in my opinion to avoid anybody else experiencing the same frustrations.

Disappointed with lack of check in bag for my first flight - have never experienced this before for out of Europe flights. Also not had an option to add in either. So overall disappointed!

The flight store website is very good but I could not find their 24 hr phone number which would have made things very easy when I made an error. The cost of voiding my ticket was reasonable but perhaps the return of funds could be a bit quicker. I would rate their overall service as good.
