I wish I could give this company more stars,I was looking for a return flight to Bangkok and the amount of companies that say one price on the comparisons web site then you go through to company web site and the price is £200.00 more.This company does NOT do that,simple booking and give me price as on comparison web site and when I rang up to make sure I would pay the price that was advertised which was cheaper by 25%, they were really great.Thank You Terry.

This site is good site to look for flights and most of the time they are cheaper than other sites. I always buy my tickets from there and you can compare other airlines prices from a single search button. Easy to pay , no no hassles

A sudden change of both dates & available timescale by my hosts in Seattle rendered the tickets I initially bought in March obsolete , The contact I spoke with at Omega Flight Store, one Ash ( exn 8939 ) , calmly & efficiently tracked down viable flights within the new time period & smoothly sorted the required administration on all fronts, including amendment payments, within one phone call - I only had to make one further call to ensure said payment had gone thro. He is a credit to you.

Please do not book with this company. I booked a return flight to New York with them online but their website is very misleading so I ended up paying to take a suitcase one way only but thought I had paid for a suitcase both ways. When I rang to find out how much it would cost to add on a suitcase, the total fare increased to more than it would cost to book direct with Virgin. Their customer services is a call centre in India. I spent 70 minutes on the phone trying to sort out the problem. I decided to cancel the booking and was charged an admin fee of £30. They are very cunnng as they know they can’t charge a cancellation fee if the customer cancels shortly after booking. I had to wait nearly a week to get a refund though they were very quick to take my money when I booked. I ended up booking direct with Virgin which worked out cheaper. These shysters have taught me a lesson. In future I will book direct with the airline. I don’t see why I had to pay an admin fee when their website is purposely misleading. Save yourself a lot of time, stress and hassle - don’t book with them.

Booked flights and prices that included baggage. When confirmation can through no bags had been booked. My email has been ignored. 0845 customer service number on confirmation email does not connect Called the ‘Manchester ‘ number advertised , got through to a call centre in India who could not help but gave me another email.address. Emailed ( again ) immediately and 5 days later still not heard. I will never book through Omega again.

So bad I booked a flight only yesterday which I only got a receipt and full itinerary at 4.40am the following morning I’m trying to cancel as my mother in law does not read or write any English it’s within 24 hours so why should I be penalised ! In fact it’s with in a 15 hour period! Also If a customer makes a booking at 5.50 you’re telling me they only have 10 mins to cancel!! How pathetic I orginallly booked around 12. Also I asked the agent to contact aviation to see if we can then reschedule under the sympathetic circumstances and he said he didn’t know who aviation was also then proceeded to tell me air india was closed when I had just spoke to them! Absolutely awful!
