Spain | 30 July 2018El día 6 de mayo realizo una reserva con Omega de 2 billetes de ida y vuelta Madrid-Berlín para mi pareja y para mí. El día 3 de junio me pongo en contacto con la empresa debido a que tras un accidente, tengo baja laboral y no puedo viajar. Ese mismo día me solicitan la documentación, que inmediatamente adjunto vía email. A partir de ahí no he vuelto a recibir ninguna respuesta, mientras que yo he intentado contactar vía email los días 5 de junio, 15 de junio y 25 de junio. Mientras tanto, esos billetes SÍ han sido cancelados desde Iberia, pues el código que me facilitaron desde Omega NO funcionan en su web. Es por esto que, ya que no recibo respuesta, tampoco puedo cambiarlos o cambiar el nombre para que otras personas puedan ir y poder aprovecharlos. En definitiva: - A día de hoy Omega NO ha contestado el estado de la gestiones. - Omega me ha PROHIBIDO sin consentimiento ni información alguna disponer de los billetes para otros usos. Lo que supone un ROBO de mi propiedad. - Omega NO me ha respondido tan si quiera de las acciones. Es más, ha hecho que sea YO quien llame a Iberia, compañía con la que iba a viajar para que lo solucionase. -Omega NO me ha reembolsado los billetes. RESUMEN: OMEGA ME HA ROBADO. Nota: hoy es 30 de julio. Han pasado más de 2 meses y aún sigo sin haber tenido noticias de Omega...

United Kingdom | 29 July 2018Was a bit concerned when I saw the polarised reviews but managed to book our flights fine (on what appears a pretty basic website) then booked our seats directly with the airline (which were FoC whereas other travel agents were charging extra for this). Received a confirmation email from Omega and I must admit the English was a bit iffy here and there which is strange seeing as they are UK based. Haven't actually flown yet and have not had to deal with anybody at Omega but here's to hoping the rest goes as smoothly. Why 4 stars instead of 5 then ... to differentiate my review to everybody else's 1's & 5's ;-)

I had to ring Omega because my wife's flight from Tokyo to Hiroshima had been cancelled suddenly by ANA. It was Saturday so Sofia could not ring the flight desk directly but because my wife and I were really worried about the flight Sofia rang ANA on the customer line then spoke to them and created a conference call for me so we could all talk together and helped solve all the problems and find an alternate flight. It was first class customer service and was really appreciated.
