Booked through omega, as I was linked to them from kayak. Skeptical at first, so I used my credit card. Booked 2 x BA flights from London to dublin. Shouldn't of had any doubts at all. A minute after booking, a confirmation email came through with the flight reference. Put this in the BA app, and the flights came up straight away! Happy days, so I can get my avios points!! People are more likely to write a review if they have issues. I would recommend omega, and I would use them again (if they were the cheapest). Simple, easy process, for the best price! Even cheaper than booking direct with the direct and I still am able to get the flights on the airlines app!! I've been using third party companies to book flights quite alot recently, they compete on price and I've not had any issues at all. (I've not had to change any details of my bookings though).

I booked a ticket online within 5 minutes of pressing go I realised that I had put an additonal letter at the end of the surname. I went to 'contact us' and tried all the numbers and kept getting cut off or no answer. I eventually got through on a very bad line and explained what had happened and whether the additonal letter could be removed. I was told I had to cancel the ticket at a cost of £30 and it had to be before 6pm or tgere would be no refund and that i couldn't just remove the additonal letter. I had only booked the ticket at 5.50pm if I hadn't noticed quickly and gotten through to speak to them I would have been charged the full £1200 and not been able to board my flight. The operator was very abrupt and quite frankly rude! I won't be rebooking tickets with Omegaflight.I am just hoping that I don't get messed about with the refund as they didn't fill me with confidence!! I am a frequent long haul flyer but i'd rather pay a little bit extra to get good customer service!

I booked one return ticket on last Sunday (Jul 22, 2018)for my sister Mini Singh Rathore however on booking confirmation page I saw my name under passenger details has been replaced by name under contact details section. I have provided passenger details and contact details correctly however it used my contact details as passenger details to book this ticket ; which is not my fault as there is no mention on your booking site that passenger name and contact details must match. I was booking this ticket for my sister. I called customer care officer and he asked me to cancel this ticket immediately and he will sent it to team for investigation as name can't be ammended on booked ticket. This is really very bad customer experience I had with your site. I have been charged £30 as admin fee which is again very bad experience and unnecessary penalty on me for just booking ticket on your site. On booking page I provided my sister name, meal preference and seat preference ; all other data was correct on booking confirmation page except her name. As per customer services advice , I agreed to cancel the ticket and pay £30 admin fee however I was told that they will investigate this issue and come back to me in 72 hours. Today afternoon (Tuesday 24 Jul 2018) , I got email from Omega regarding my travel itinerary/receipt(1213778) for ticket which I have already cancelled on same day of booking. Then, I called customer services myself and they told me that ticket is already cancelled howeevr when I discussed about my issue he said that system does not have brain and whatever data you provided came to us. I had heated discussion with this guy and he was not willing to accept that there is a fault on their site and i provided my data correctly; this is all just to make £30 free money out of their custoemrs. I could have rebooked my ticket on their site but after susch a bad customer experience I had decided to forget about £30 and cosider this as lifetim experience to not to go with cheap site and read reviews before book. Guys this can happen with anybody and sites can have defect as nothing is perfect in this world but then you must correct it and help customer to understand the problem and compensate them for the monetary loss and peace of mind they lost while inetracting with customer services and site. I noticed one more thing . In the booking confirmation email I have received PNR Ref: 2MCGCS for JetAirways however when I go to JetAirways site it says PNR number is alphabet only. So, this PNR number is not correct. Something going wrong with Omega flights. Please advise how to register complain about this fraud with govt. authorities. Regrads, Neha Singh Rathore

Very reasonable flight ticket, I have been trying to book a flight to Nigeria however the price was a bit expensive. I check cheap flight to Nigeria nd this site came up with very good price

Before cancellation of any ticket they should call customer that why his ticket is going to be cancelled.
