United Kingdom | 21 July 2018I booked a flight to Africa from the UK a few months ago to travel in a couple of weeks' time. However about a week ago I noticed that there was a slight discrepancy between the name on the booking and the name on my passport so I telephoned for advice. It took me several attempts to even speak to someone in the first place because I would wait for ages, then the line would cut out so I tried again, several times. Then when I finally managed to speak to a human being I found it very difficult to understand what they were saying a. because her English was very poor and b. the quality of the sound on the line was also very poor. I was told that I would need to cancel the booking completely and start again. I asked about a refund and was told that I would get a partial r3efund and I would need to claim the money back via an email and that I just needed to click on a link. I was told that it would take six weeks for my refund to come through! I was sent an email with no link on it, rather an extremely badly worded letter in the body of the email which asked me to print off and sign, which I did, despite the form saying that my cancellation was due to 'unforeseen personal circumstances'. I scanned this in and returned it, signed. II rang up to check it had been received only to be told that they could not accept this because I just needed to click on 'submit'. BTW I can't access my yahoo account from work so each time I had the conversation with the airline I had to wait until the evening to check. There is definitely no link on the email so I clicked on 'reply' and sent that. So far I have had no response to that email. I have had no written confirmation of any of my conversations with the company, or anything with the date the money will be refunded. We are talking substantial amounts of money here (for me) and this has really knocked out my budgeting for the summer. This is turning into a nightmare - all for the sake of an error on the name of the booking. I would urge anyone thinking of booking travel online not to use Omega.

Though your charges are on the high side,Sana assured me and was able to allay my fears. In all,she deserves some accolades with her manner of handling issues,solving problems and supporting clients. I commend and recommend her.

United Kingdom | 19 July 2018Booked a trip which I then had to cancel a few hours later. This was done easily over the phone with Eric who was particularly helpful and pleasant. There is a charge of £30 per person for voiding the trip on the same day as booking, but that is to be expected and I had already looked this up on the website before I rang. I received the rest of my money back a week later which was fine. The only thing was that instead of £60 being taken off the amount it was £64. Not too sure where my £4 has gone to? but I'm not going to quibble over such a small amount, too much effort.

Spain | 19 July 2018Recently bought tickets to Nice but had to cancel the trip. So I tried to contact them through "Contact Us" on their website to cancel the tickets, however, no response was given. No customer service email address is given neither on the website so I sent an email to the address written on the receipt I was given after purchasing tickets, however, still no answers. I'm very disappointed by their customer service.

Also I have not received emailed confirmation of the booking yet. Omega Flight Store's response to my issue was immediate and has resolved the problem. Many thanks

United Kingdom | 19 July 2018Omega Flight Store Have used Omega in the past the experience has been faultless, but I did not need any customer support or assistance, however yesterday in haste decided to book our main flights for 2019, I made an absolute silly mistake selected the wrong flight for the last leg home which now means we have eight hours in an airport instead of two, yes my fault in too much of a rush, but having contacted customer support for any assistance, or advice they can provide, I have heard nothing at all, which is very disappointing …….. France | 19 July 2018J'ai réservé un aller retour Bordeaux Marseille sur ce site. Dès l'affichage de ma réservation sur mon mail, j'ai vuque j'avais fait une erreur, le retour étant le même jour et presque à la même heure que l'aller, ce qui aurait pu être détecté par le système informatique. J'ai immédiatement téléphoné à Oméga pour modifier le retour. L'annulation "exceptionnelle" de ma réservation m'a alors été proposée, avec un remboursement sur lequel seraient retenu 50 € de "frais de dossier" ce qui m'a semblé tout à fait excessif, une véritable arnaque. A noter que j'ai été redirigée sur ce site (à fuir!), alors que j'étais sur les réservations Air France (attention !)

Theoretically I wouldn't be able to do that due to the fare I bought however a flight agent called Nelson went above and beyond the expectations to help me get it all sorted out and I was able to get a full refund on it! He was extremely helpful and very profession. I use omegaflightstore quite on a lot and they are usely quite good but specifically Nelson was VERY good!
