Experienced poor customer service. My flight with Turkish airlines had me listed as a child. When I first called omega they did not help me and instead told me to sort it out with Turkish Airlines. When I call Turkish Airlines they referred me back to Omega. I spent an hour trying to call through to all numbers listed for Omega Flights. Turns out there is no queue system but rather you have to keep calling and just hope you call when another customer puts the phone down. It just comes up with an engaged tone and then will hold you on a call but you are not in a queue. I called with two phones and one held for 26 minutes and was never picked up and the other was a minute and was picked up straight away and before the phone I was holding on. I then posted a negative review on here and they responded to me quite quickly. They sorted out the error with Turkish Airlines flight but it meant I had to check in at the airport which meant arriving at the airport earlier and having to wait in a long queue for am hour. I am not sure I would book with them again. I feel the first agent I spoke with should have called the airline and resolved my issue in the same way the last one did. They did eventually speak with the airline to fix the issue but trying to get hold of them was really difficult and unpredictable which is not what you want 24 hours before the flight.

Hi there ! On the 01.07.2018 I booked a ticket ref. OQB4AE92 , the computer committed a mistake between Mr an Mrs , I've called the Omega Flight to sort it out , and the lady with a name Sofia has been really helpful , She had changed the ticket with a minimum cost , but she payed a big effort , I would like to say Thank you Miss Sofia .

The ticket I booked didn't confirm the Terminals. Also sometimes it has problem with transacting the payment. Anyone from this company help me ASAP,please???

Well pleased with the booking experience.

We were given a refund from BA for a cancelled flight. They paid the refund directly back to Omega Flight Store as we booked via them, but they haven't returned the money to us. They confirmed they had the money on the 30th March 2018 and that it would be with us within 6 weeks. It is now 9th July and the money is still not back in our account. They aren't responding to emails or answering the phone. Update - following the contact below we have received our compensation in full. It may be that they sent me an email I accidentally deleted, but they don't have a great record for responding to emails and answering calls. They clearly aren't the crooks I though they were, so I'm increasing my star rating to 3 stars.

Spoke so quickly could hardly understand what he was saying to me, no communication, just left on hold wondering if I had been cut off. Not that impressed to be honest.

Good experience, but cautious as the site said the price advertised may not be the final price. It could have been anything at that point until it confirmed my booking when I found the price hadn't changed.

It was surprisingly quick and easy to make a booking with this company. I had only booked with popular travel sites prior to this. I just wish it'll stand up to its quality by giving us no issues nor troubles during our actual journey and flight. Keep it up...and higher! 🤗🤗🤗
