No doubt they offer good deal on their air fares but when I called one of their members to confirm my booking, I felt his behaviour was unprofessional, sensed some disrespect. I was anxious to clarify a minor detail on my booking but he seemed to respond it in an uncare manner. He introduced himself less than a heart beat hence I am not able to mention his name. 3 star for poor customer service.

They kept to the quoted price, emailed confirmation virtually immediately. I confirmed with the airline that they had the reservation, which they have. I wish all agents were this efficient! If you wonder why I do this, it's because on several occasions, the airline has no record of a booking (NOT through Omega) and it becomes an annoying and tedious task to find it. But Omega have been on the ball, I can't ask for more. Hopefully, I will need no more contact with them!

I have had a fantastic experience. My credit card payment did not go through for some reason, and i immediately received a call from Omega, telling me that they are going to send me a manual payment link and that my flight is hold for the next one hour. I got my tickets immediately along with ATOL certificate which again is a great thing. Overall wonderful experience , have purchased from them in the past and no issues.
