United Kingdom | 04 July 2018Pretty good - I had trouble processing my payment on mobile phone, which was frustrating. Tried three times, and whenever I clicked the button to say I'd read terms and conditions, it opened a window with the T&Cs and I couldn't go back without starting the entire booking process again. Worked fine on my desktop however Great price

United Arab Emirates | 04 July 2018I was introduced to them by booking.com as I am a very frequent customer for them. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of flights and rates as offered by Omega Flight Store, and equally impressed by the ease of maneuvering within their website. All confirmations and details were super fast and precise. Over all a feel good factor definitely. Thanks !

United States | 04 July 2018Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Omega and lost over $1000 because of their unprofessional communication and inaccurate information, and so far Omega has refused to reimburse me. I strongly discourage anyone to book with Omega. Here are some of the details: I am an ex-pat from Austria living in the United States (a EU citizen), a single parent and college professor here in the US. My mom died unexpectedly January 24, so I had to very quickly book a ticket to go to her funeral and visit family. I quickly booked a ticket through Omega, for a Turkish airlines flight. The day before my scheduled flight, I received the following communication via email: “Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that the airline has cancelled your flight DUE TO THEIR OWN OPERATIONAL REASON [emphasis added]. Below is the latest itinerary information, please note the highlighted flights are the ones cancelled […..] We kindly inform you that should you reject flight cancallation made by the Airline, either you might take an alternative flight or you might get refunded: yet both options are strictly up to Airline, according to the Airline rules. In addition, if by chance schedule change is not relevant, a few airlines do not allow passenger to take another flight free of charge, nor to get a refund about the flight fare formally purchased either. If you do not accept the flight cancellation, We are more than happy to help you with alternative flight option or refund assistance, please contact us....and leave your number of available contact(A UK number of your family or friend will help us to reach you faster ), we will be happy call back to you. If we won't get any answers in the 72 hours following the date of our email we will automatically consider the flight cancellation as accepted.” Based on this information, I quickly called Omega to inquire what my options are, and the customer service representative confirmed that the flight was cancelled and gave me the option of booking another flight or filling out a reimbursement form and getting reimbursed. I opted to fill out a reimbursement form, because I had lost trust in Turkish Airlines and chose to rebook with Norwegian instead (and not through Omega). My nerves were already quite strained and I wanted to get there in time for the funeral. The representative didn’t say anything about the flight being non-refundable but instead encouraged me to fill out the reimbursement form. After I returned from Austria, I noticed that I still had not received my reimbursement. What followed were a series of email and phone inquiries, and sometimes it took weeks and repeated reminders before I heard back from a customer service representative. It turned out that there was a booking mistake and my credit card was charged twice and there was a double booking without me realizing it. However, that did not show up on my credit card statement for several days, so I didn’t know by the time I got the cancellation email from Omega. When this got clarified, the Omega representative wrote back stating that they would still reimburse me for one of the flights and partially for the other. I responded that their message about the flight being cancelled because of “the airline’s own operational reasons” (quoted above) was misleading and incorrectly worded, making me assume that the flight was indeed cancelled and not leaving San Francisco (it did not say anything about a duplicate booking error), and that I therefore needed to be reimbursed for both flights. After several more email exchanges, Omega determined that I would not get reimbursed for either flight: not the double-booked one, and not the other one that apparently wasn’t cancelled (which, it turns out, showed up as a no-show, because I didn’t even know I had double booked – I thought, based on my conversation with the Omega representative, and based on their email, that the flight was indeed cancelled). I was only reimbursed for partial taxes. If Omega had clarified that there was a duplicate booking error and that the flight was actually still leaving San Francisco, I could have tried to get that corrected before the flight date, but instead both in their email and phone communication they said the flight was cancelled “for the airlines own operational reasons.” It is unacceptable that I have now incurred the cost of two unreimbursed flight tickets (on top of the more expensive last-minute replacement flight I had to quickly book with Norwegian), simply because of misleading and incorrect information from Omega customer service. UPDATE ON JULY 12: DEAR OMEGA TEAM. THANK YOU FOR READING MY REVIEW AND LOOKING INTO THE ISSUE. SINCE YOUR REPLY ON JULY 4, I HAVE NEITHER HEARD BACK FROM AN OMEGA REPRESENTATIVE, NOR RECEIVED ANY REIMBURSEMENT ON MY ACCOUNT. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU. UPDATE ON AUGUST 2: I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM OMEGA, NOR RECEIVED A REFUND. UPDATE ON AUGUST 26: ON AUGUST 15, OMEGA REIMBURSED ME FOR ONE OF THE FLIGHTS, BUT NOT YET FOR THE OTHER. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION OR APOLOGY, JUST A PARTIAL REFUND ON MY ACCOUNT.

United Kingdom | 03 July 2018*Omega clearly has no interest in providing a service to its customers. In my experience, it notably failed to read emails, and prevaricated at great length as to the availability of seats on a plane. Despite continuing to advertise seats on several flights it informed me many times by email that no seats were available - on a flight 10 months ahead! In addition their prices were literally only a few pounds cheaper than the usual agencies such as Expedia, etc.
