We have been using this company for 3-4 years for flights to USA and Europe they are so much cheaper than other companies for the same flight, I would a million percent recommend for easy flight bookings with no stress or hassle

Hello. Please avoid booking via this vendor. Yes, the price was attractive. Unfortunately unprofessional customer service. The flight was delayed twice, never get any notification from them.

Je n’ai pas encore voyagé sur un vol réservé par Oméga mais j’ai eu à modifier une réservation (modification gratuite puisque c’est la compagnie qui avait changé le programme des vols) que j’avais et le service client a été extrêmement réactif, tout a été fait dans l’heure. Je vérifie toujours sur le site internet de la compagnie aérienne ce qui a été fait et comme pour les autres réservations, aucun souci à signaler. Avec les tarifs pratiqués, c’est une très bonne option.

This company is a fraud! They scammed me out of £2500! I contacted them, they did not answer. Someon from their company named Jeff called back saying he worked for Omega. Took my details and scammed me out of my money. He used all the Omega details to the finest detail and there clearly is someone working inside the company or someone close to it who is taking advantage of this. Omega did not contact me at all to say they are looking into it or why this happened. Their name and company is being used to scam and they did nothing!! Ridiculous.

Disappointed cos we found a flight at a good price, but when we tried to book it it declined our booking and we had to ring to make sure no money was taken. After three tries we got through but were just told to book again and surprise,surprise the price had gone up!

Shocking service. I booked a ticket with luggage allowance (confirmed in writing by Omega) but they then proceeded to issue me with a cheaper 'hand-luggage only' ticket. I had to make several long calls to their call centre in India trying to resolve this with promised emails and call-backs not materialising when promised. Staff were also aggressive on the phone and tried to blame me for not booking correctly, despite the written booking confirmation that I had received to the contrary. They then sent me an email claiming that there 'was no evidence that my booking ever contained a baggage allowance' which was totally contradicted by the evidence that I had already provided them. All told, hours wasted (not to mention phone call costs) and now it is likely that I will have to pay substantial extra baggage costs at the airport to overcome the problem!!
