Circle Medical makes receiving primary health care so simple. It saves so much time not having to drive and sitting in the waiting room with other sick individuals. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. My specific primary provider (Ashley Bailey) is the best!

Unbelievable kindness and compassion. Circle Medical is always there when I need them most. Dr. T is one of the best doctors I’ve ever worked with and I can’t thank Circle for all of the support as I would not be able to be healthy and have my medical needs met without Dr. T and the circle team!

Bait & switch- you offered an ADHD assessment, instead I was asked to send all my medical records & transfer care to you. Waste of my time

They request your insurance information but then still ask you to pay the entire sessions amount. Normal is $100 for the appointment. Now to call back in 3 weeks to pay the same thing for a longer appointment. What is the point of supplying insurance with a co-pay if it is not being used. And they give you 48 hours but ironically, they don't answer this message.

The doctor called in a prescription from out of state. Being this was a controlled drug, it had to be within so many miles. I had no way of getting in contact with the dr and had NUMEROUS texts with a robot to get fixed. After finding a new dr out of this program, they fixed this but I had cancelled the needed prescription. I wlll NEVER use this company again and have will advise others NOT to use this company. I should have done better research, after all this I now see this company has terrilble reviews.

The fact I don’t have to wait in an office for an overwhelming amount of time. This experience shows me it doesn’t require hours of time to see the doc. This is not only convenient but it seems like I literally have an expert taking care of me. 10stars to Belinda Dutton!!!!!

Easy appointment, fits around my schedule, just doesn’t take many HMO insurance plans

The provider was late then cancelled all my future appointments and dropped me as a patient. I asked for a patient advocate and tried to talk to customer service. They sent me in circles and refused to give me my money back. Circle medical is a scam. I will be leaving reviews everywhere and making a tik tok about my experience.

I got no follow up from my provider. I am trying to get treated for ADHD. I even followed up via chat, and was told the provider would follow up, and still nothing. It is really disheartening, especially since I came here because my own GP won't hear me about my symptoms either.

I was relieved that CM had someone available for me on a holiday weekend. Such a relief.

Your computer interface is horrible! I can't even get a simple question answered, or get a message to my doctor. horrible.

Its all about the money they make you believe they are here to help. The billing department will tell you they are covered by your insurance, have you go to the appt then charge you full price with no ability to get a discount of any sort.

I really loved the convenience and professionalism.

You cannot talk to anyone directly. Extremely slow to respond to online chat. My last inquiry via chat was never responded to. The process is not well explained. There are many paperwork steps to coordinate prior to access to meds. Your fax machine is not working all the time. And that is left to the patient to follow through on.

My doctor is a blessings. She answer all my question. And address all my concerns.

My visits are always amazing! The Doctors, PAs, and Other medical staff are very attentive and understanding.

My experience with Sandy, is always fantastic. Everything is done in a timely manner, the ease of use, Circle Medical is fantastic and wouldn't use any other tele-health at this point
