United States | 16 November 2023The Dr. was fantastic, the maybe best I’ve ever had. The kicker is you can’t get treated until you get a physical from your primary. Ok, so somebody should have mentioned that before I spent money and time to go through a whole online appt, and scheduling to find out I have to go to the Doctor in person. I’m not opposed to it, I just would have done that in the first place. The reason I did online is because my Doctor Could not see me for 2 weeks. So again why would I see my Doctor get a physical, wait for paperwork, upload that to Circle, make another appointment then get treated??? Not what I expected at all.

United States | 16 November 2023This medical practice was very much a bait and switch for what was supposed to be care for ADHD. I Was thrown back and forth between customer service agents who would forget to get back to me for MONTHS before I finally just asked for a refund. Don’t waste your time. It’s not just “simple online medical treatment” it’s 3-4 $175 appointments to finally get anywhere.

United States | 16 November 2023Not a real primary care provider. Cannot do what other primaries can do because it is "out of their scope". If basic things are out of your scope, you are not real provider. Also make you have a ton of follow up visits (every single appointment, even follow-ups) so that they can get another $120 everytime for a 15 minute conversation.

Concerned patient
United States | 16 November 2023an absolute SCAM. I scheduled a virtual appointment to refill my prescription using a large button that said “free virtual visit”. TWO MONTHS LATER, I was charged billed $500. When I called to explain the mistake, the billing department said there was nothing they could do, but acknowledged that it was a “low complexity visit”. I felt violated, and asked them to cancel my subscription with an immediate refund, and asked them to remove my data from all of their systems. They can’t remove my data due to HIPPA compliance. So not only did they scam me, but they have access to my sensitive health information. PLEASE think twice before using Circle Medical.

United States | 16 November 2023Doctor Laura was great. I am still looking for a local doctor whose hours of available in the real world meet my own

United States | 16 November 2023Really bad service. Everything is online, so they save soo much money. I would think they would pay for good employees. Customer service reps are incompetent, billing is a blunder. You’ll get a wrong bill coz they do it incorrectly with insurance. You’ll see a doctor from a different state and that maybe out of network for you. They also don’t keep good records and take forever to provide copy of your records to you. On top of all that, the doctors/providers don’t stay for long. Most likely they are underpaid. They see too many patients a day. This is a perfect business model if you are the owner of the company.
