United States | 12 January 2025Just another echo of everyone else's complaints. Support is horrendous. You only get support within a day when they KNOW they've messed up and needed to do something (like file an authorization 4 days prior). Then they act like they've done you a great service. I requested support Thursday afternoon and am still waiting for someone to get back to me on Sunday morning. Because of their incompetence and lack of care, I have been waiting on a prescription for 10 days now with no end in sight. There are other people you can and should go to over circle. I'll be going to Talkiatry from now on. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I was never treated but now with change in careers and other family obligation it became quite apparent I needed help managing the symptoms. I had two lengthy consultations with Circle who did a complete medical history evaluation. Dr. Lisa Ruggiaro was extremely attentive and conscientious. It was determined I could be helped with the right meds and lifestyle changes. I am looking forward to our follow up appointment to see how the new regiment works.

United States | 07 January 2025try to close your account after you receive three erroneous charges months after you stopped using the service...try to find a phone number to call or a setting options on their website to stop the charges or cancel your account...I don't think it exists. you will have to deactivate the card you give them and probably will get bills in the mail for the rest of your life from them. 20 pages down in the terms of service it gives the phone number 888 803 3370 to call. good luck.

There have been many many mistakes with my prescriptions and they always take forever to resolve. This time I've been trying to contact them for several days and only get to chat with a stupid bot. No one has reached out to me so I'm unmedicated until they decide they have time to submit a valid prescription to the pharmacy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
