I was very nervous when booking my appointment because I did not want to be judged by the way I had been feeling for most of my life. My PCP was VERY understanding, thoughtful, and attentive. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. So far, I can’t recommend Circle enough.

A gimmick. Firstly, the physician I chose didn't show up to the appt. It was some NP who was very rude, talked a mile a minute, with a strong accident no less- very disrespectful, and didn't let me get too far about why I was there, (medication management after an emergency visit after a failed attempt at a med to help with my acute PTSD symptoms - very dangerous reactions), basically she didn't want to manage the limited supply I had of Ativan (15 pills for 8 days of which I had 7 pills left 6 weeks later) and didn't get off that idea, despite those are used strictly as needed. Another psychiatrist who registered me universally to never be given any drug in the family of the one that gave me dangerous reactions, wasn't available for regular follow up care and to manage properly while I worked thru other pharmacological treatment. While making my appt I documented clearly what I needed services for, and then they sent me documents where I identified these needs again. Clearly. I was turned away during my appt almost immediately while told they wouldn't be able to help me with what I needed. This is something to be told before an appt. Then they turned around and billed my insurance company. On top of that, they told me my appt was in network and covered by my insurance, but it was denied. Either way I contacted my insurance company immediately after a claim was filled to let them know I was in fact turned away from my appt, services were no given in any way, and the clinic has no rights to ask for payment. From reviews I have read and public info available this is basically a pill mill for a slew of antipsychotics. No real doctors available.

Great experience establishing a PCP! Nicolas in the prior authorization department was very helpful in getting my meds approved for continuation of coverage.

I liked Circle medical at first because it was really convenient and drs seemed very friendly. I felt grateful to have found access to virtual care that took my insurance too. But it all changed for me when I checked my billing information and realized my insurance was charged for services never rendered. I reported it multiple times and the staff told me the “notes say he did perform x during the appointment so it is billable”. I had to make an appointment with the dr who lied and RECORD the conversation with him admitting he didn’t actually perform the service, and now I have to go through a whole process for medical fraud with my insurer for what?? I’m so angry, especially because Circle Medical’s “investigators” could have fixed the issue had they not merely believed I received the wellness exam that I did not partake in whatsoever. If I didn’t have this recording, I wouldn’t be able to get my annual visit because he randomly billed me for it already. I do not appreciate that and I do not trust Circle Medical. The reply they are offering I already tried doing 4x. They told me they trust the drs and that’s it. I will still be moving forward with my fraud claim.

I was leary concerning the process. However after speaking with Dr Jessica I was pleasantly surprised how she was caring and actually listens. She explained positive steps in a manner that made sense. The short time we spoke truly was beneficial. Thank you

Very easy to schedule an appointment and Evon, the FNP, was very cordial. We went through history, did an intake, and scheduled my wellness visit and ADHD treatment plan visit at the end. I did two screening questionnaires online, she did a third during our appointment today, and I will do the last one this week. I like this medical group. Very thorough and they don't seem like a turn-and-burn kind of practice.

Useless company. I had a scheduled appointment, signed into the zoom 5 min early...15 minutes later... No doctor. Then the appointment disappears from my app and is in the past appointments section. I call and get someone on the phone. She said sorry the doctor must have had an emergency, but don't worry I won't charge you for the visit. You won't charge me for the visit, why the hell would you when I was there and you were not 😡. They charge a $50 no show fee if you miss your appointment.. But what happens when the doctor no shows? Nothing happens. Just a quick sorry and then they try to get you to rebook the appointment. NO THANKS. Now I'm trying to close my account and they are no help with that whatsoever. This place is just a total scam.

Very quick. Didn't have to leave my home, and felt like I was heard. I would recommend to family and friends.

My appointment with Dr. Nona was terrific! She was so calming and she put me at ease with her understanding and happy demeanor. I loved the zoom experience! So much nicer to have a doctor visit from the comfort of your home.

Had an initial meeting with a provider today and for the first time in a long time I truly feel listened to. The provider really made me feel comfortable discussing what I have been feeling. She also made me feel confident that we would be coming up with a plan together that will address all of my concerns.

I was really grateful that there was so much availability. I was also able to schedule on a Saturday, and the provider was wonderful and so helpful and knowledgeable. It was overall very easy and a great experience!

On Friday evening I spoke with a doctor, he was very nice, then told me he was going to prescribe me something for my cough and an antibiotic. He forgot to order the antibiotic. When went to the site there is no one I can talk to, nor can I leave him a direct message. So now I have no antibiotic for something I need. Not happy with this.

Horrible. They lied blatantly on the phone and then refused to credit our account when the individuals running the psychiatry sessions didn't have prescribing authority. It's a pay-to-play MLM style fraud in which you have to keep paying to get to the "final boss" of someone who actually has prescribing authority. Thankfully the calls were recorded in which individuals represented to my fiancée (and me) that the person who did the next appointment would have such authority. She just needed a med script because she moved far from her original provider. Nothing crazy. But wow these people lied to us and told us false information. Get to the end of the appointment and WHOOPS we have to go to yet another (third) appointment! Total scam. Thankfully Chase one of the world's largest banks recognized it as such after I suggested they pull the recorded phone calls and fully credited my account for the charges. AWFUL PAY TO PLAY SCAM COMPANY WITH CLEARLY FALSE REVIEWS ALL OVER GOOGLE AND APPLE STORES.

Zocdoc.com hooked me up with a great Dr. and the Circle Medical app was really easy to use. This whole experience with my annual physical was awesome! I was able to recommend it to my daughter and she was able to get a same day virtual meeting with a Dr. that took care of a prescription refill right away.
