United States | 02 January 2025I have tried Circle Medical a couple times. Being a travel nurse it is hard to.be able to find some way of easily getting your medications while on contract. I decided to try them again. This time the provider would not allow me to get medications unless I paid them for an additional Medical appointment for a physical, although I had one in the past 9 months. Then when I paid for that additional appointment the provider wanted me to pay yet an additional $200 for an EKG. I literally have no cardiac history. They just want more money. So why don't they just.charge more for their appointments?

United States | 02 January 2025I decided to utilize this app because of convenience, however, it has now turned into a nightmare. They decided to start charging me rather than my HMO, citing strange changes that even my own HMO does not understand. It is incredibly difficult to even speak to anyone at Circle Medical. I strongly suggest you save your money and just go to the doc. Avoid this place!!

United States | 31 December 2024I’m really busy career wise and family. I often go without medical care and tough things out due to not being able to schedule off work. I like the fact that I am able to do this online mostly.

United States | 28 December 2024Pricing was clear and provider was kind and helpful. They take insurance when some other telemedicine providers don't. They didn't charge me when it was determined they couldn't help with what I needed. Not a good option for anyone already on a controlled substance as they won't be able to prescribe any additional controlled medications. If you're on HRT and seeking ADHD treatment, don't bother here.

United States | 27 December 2024Horrible experience. Their goal appears to be to get you diagnosed up front, then completely ignore you with any follow up or follow through. They must be compensated on original diagnoses, then the care afterwards and medication follow up means nothing to them. Terrible experience - go to a real doctor.

United States | 24 December 2024I wish I could give Circle Medical zero stars. This company is misleading, dishonest, and only seems interested in taking your money. Buyer beware—do not trust their claims about offering convenient online care. I was searching for an online doctor to evaluate and treat ADHD. After a Google search, Circle Medical came up advertising quick, convenient, and entirely online services. Their website made it seem like the entire process—from evaluation to treatment—could be completed virtually. I entered all my information, including my New Jersey address, and confirmed multiple times that I would be taking the appointments from my home in New Jersey. I booked my first appointment and had an initial evaluation where they told me I was a candidate for ADHD treatment and instructed me to schedule a second appointment to finalize my diagnosis and discuss treatment options. At no point during this process did anyone inform me that New Jersey law requires an in-person visit for prescribing controlled substances like Adderall. I specifically chose Circle Medical for the convenience of online treatment, so this would have been a deal-breaker had it been disclosed upfront. During the second appointment, the provider confirmed my ADHD diagnosis and started discussing treatment. Then, at the very end of the appointment, the provider suddenly realized I was in New Jersey and said she could not prescribe medication without an in-person visit. She even admitted she thought I was in Connecticut! This was shocking and completely invalidated the purpose of both appointments. I wasted time and money on appointments that were ultimately useless. I immediately reached out to Circle Medical’s support team to request a refund, explaining that I had been misled by their advertising and lack of transparency. They refused to refund me and instead tried to push me into paying even more for an in-person appointment at a location that was over 1.5 hours away from my home—completely contradicting their promise of convenient online care. To make matters worse, after I disputed the charges with my credit card company, Circle Medical sent me more emails demanding payment. They are clearly only interested in extracting as much money as possible, regardless of whether or not they provide the care they claim to offer. I have reported Circle Medical to my health insurance company and the State of New Jersey for their dishonest practices and misleading advertising. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment, especially when seeking medical care. I strongly advise anyone considering Circle Medical to look elsewhere. This company is deceptive, disorganized, and unprofessional. They do not care about your health—only your wallet. Avoid them at all costs. p.s. Check out the screenshot of the email they sent to me when I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They were trying to bait me into withdrawing it!

United States | 24 December 2024It was the easiest appointment I have had and I got just as much, if not more, useful information.

Not happy
United States | 20 December 2024Awful physicians who cannot properly write scripts and they charge without consent. Do not use.

Unhappy in
United States | 19 December 2024Sought treatment for psychiatric issue & the only practitioner they gave me an available appointment with ignored my symptoms & issues as described & wanted to send me a sleep device, something totally unrelated to my issue. I researched the Dr. subsequent to the call and found he's a sleep internist! I did not seek treatment for any sleep issues! Complete scam! I hung up & couldn't stop crying that I shared any medical concerns with this complete scam of a company & a practitioner who I felt I was deceived into speaking with!
