When my husband contacted Ava over a few assembly issues they couldn't have been more helpful, culminating in a FaceTime call to sort out the problems. What a joy to deal with a company that cares. He is delighted with the pressure washer too.

I bought the AVA go P55 pressure washer, which replaces yet another Karcher pressure washer that has packed up in less than 2 years (they really are cr@p!!). I wasn't sure if this would be powerful enough for my needs, but have to say it is more than powerful enough for someone that washes a couple of cars a week and the patio once a year. The accessories that come bundled with the machine all work well as you would expect. I especially like the 8m hose, that doesn't kink and is much easier to handle than the Karcher hose, and is long enough to easily reach from the front to the back of my BMW 3 series. The compact size and low weight of the Ava Go make it a breeze to move around and position as needed. Ordered off the Ava UK website and the product was delivered 2 days later. In terms of reliability only time will tell - hopefully it lasts a lot longer than my last Karcher K4 did. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Ava replaced my defective gun and lance .

Great company to deal with. I have a AVA H70 Pressure Washer which is brilliant. Recently had a cracked internal pipe in the gun due to frost damage. Their customer service is superb, very responsive and helpful when dealing with any issue.

Spare part order has been cancelled by AVA after 4 weeks promise of delivery. Unfortunately, this has been a really poor quality product with equally poor customer resolution. Instruction from AVA is to reorder spare part in April.

No customer service line Might be a nice machine when I can use it but first time of use, the lance O ring is split and you don't actually get to speak to anyone about it. Don't buy unless you are happy to deal with any problems via email. I've been sent to their troubleshooter than gives me a link to online store via email to BUY MYSELF O RINGS ALMOST EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK. I just need to return this I think because I don't need an ornament in the shape of a pressure washer.

Great product; easy to use and assemble. Value for money. Ideal for cleaning the cars. The wheels work well on block or resin paving but not on gravel. Can be pulled over easily if not careful. There appears to be provision for a metal foot to be inserted in the front. This would improve stability. Very helpful in answering a couple of queries I had

No shipping information so that I can see when to expect delivery. Very disappointed with the product as it has started having problems after just over 12 months. Just out of warranty!
