Have not received food yet so this is for the ordering. The shipping price is not disclosed until check out and exorbitantly high compared to other services. Most other services waive delivery when the order reaches a certain price. Hopefully delivery and quality of meal makes it worth it, but would not likely use again

My ordering experience was super easy and fast.

Great, easy experience. The billing process could use a little clarity in that i requested email gift certificate but the rest of the billing process continued to show delivery dates. Fortunately the customer service on the phone was outstanding and cleared it up for me immediately. Food has not been ordered yet so i can't speak to that, but the ordering process was great. Thank you for being there!

the meal selection was great, and I'm satisfied with how quickly and order can be delivered. My only trouble was on the check out, I didn't realize I needed to select my card type and it took me a minute to figure out why I was getting an error.

Pretty easy to negotiate

This was super easy to do for a friend of mine who just lost her son and live on the other side of the country. We wanted to try and help out, and this was perfect. The reason we are giving 4 stars is that I wish we could select multiple days for the meals to be delivered. Other than that, it was great! I cannot, however, attest to the taste of the meals as I will not be the one eating them.

I love being able to send meals to my son and daughter in law after a new baby. If we can’t be there it’s the next best thing!

Lots of choices to choose from, wish you had regular Mac and Cheese.

This is the 3rd box of meals I have sent to my daughter and she says they are absolutely scrumptious. This shipment seems like it took and bit, but it was around the holidays also so it could have been when I placed the order.
