Daughter and son-in-law just welcomed their second daughter into their family. Thought about sending flowers, but decided meals would be appreciated more than flowers! Thank you for making it so easy.

Worst experience I ever had trying to order online. No one was available when I needed them. I was trying to order a gift certificate to be delivered by email. I had 2 in the cart and there was no option to remove one. I tried to start over but the 2 were still in the cart. I was asked for shipping address even though it was being emailed. Once you check off email it should not ask that. I tried to call. Message said to go to website. That didn’t help either. I emailed for help but instead of getting a quick response as promised, I got an email the next day. At the holidays you should have 24 hour live service. When I got the response to my email the following day I called and FINALLY got a live person who placed the order for me. I wonder how many frustrated customers you lost. I don’t think I have the patience or the time to go through this again.

I order several times a year because I dislike grocery store crowds. I enjoy the selections a lot. The food is tasty and comes timely. I just wish shipping costs were cheaper. Outside of that, I give the service high marks.

Second time using service. This time sending a gift certificate seemed most expeditious, but it was a bit difficult to accomplish on cell phone. It did arrive on time and the recipient was pleased as they liked the previous meal we sent in October.

Website is not difficult to use. I could find something agreeable, and order it with ease. Sampling of products is in progress.

What a great service! I work for an national company and sometimes we want to send more that flowers this definitely fills the bill. I was able to order prepared food to be sent to people out of state and also follow up with a voucher for them to get more at their leisure. Thank you!!

I have used Send a Meal for several years now and I am very happy with their service and quality of product.

The meal hasn't been delivered yet so I can't offer opinion on the quality etc. I will say the lady I ordered from wasn't the easiest salesperson to order from. After looking at your website, I had questions and she said twice just look on line. I had and thus my call to order via phone.

Always love using Send A Meal and have had good results. My only complaint this time was that it arrived the week before I requested it to but it worked out. The person receiving it said it gave her time to NOT buy unhealthy foods and keep to her vegan diet.

I haven't heard how the food quality is yet, because the order was supposed to be delivered on 12/17, however Send a Meal changed the date to the 18th! We specifically selected the 17th of December for a reason. I'm displeased with the change of date and will not use this service again.
