I was placing my order online, but I wasn't given the option of free shipping, which I thought was included. It wasn't, but I then placed my order on the phone. The lady deleted the information when we were all done with the order. I finally talked to another lady, but she forgot to include what I wanted on the card. The 3rd lady says she can fix that. I hope so!!

After placing my order online and receiving confirmation, I found out that my brother just ordered a turkey dinner from another company. I immediately contacted customer service and had a reply in minutes telling me that my order was cancelled and I would be refunded! I was thankful and stunned that they replied so quickly!! This is a very reputable company!

I just ordered a holiday meal basket to be sent to a dear friend. Finding the website wasn’t easy; using it was. I’m now asked to provide a rating but the basket hasn’t arrived yet. I’ll know more once the package reaches its destination and the quality of the food is experienced. The point isn’t about the ordering experience; the point is about whether or not you fulfill the promise.

My husband and I used your company to provide meals at Thanksgiving for our daughter and mother. We were thoroughly thrilled with the service and the meals. Today I tried to place a meal to be delivered as an anonymous gift and I had tremendous difficulty placing my order online. Frustrated, I called 1-800-549-2120 more than three times and was not provided any assistance with placing my online order.

Was disappointed you couldnt select different meals from the drop down list for the 5 day meal plan. Seems like this should not be an issue.
