One order really good, the other one with Omaha Steak arrived warm and melted

I have been sending my dad meals for several years now! The process is simple and efficient and the food is delicious. I send meal packages about 4 times a year and they always deliver quality meals and always on time.

I give the company 2 stars. I heard the food tasted ok but everything, including the cake, was very dry. I contacted the company to let them know and heard nothing in response. I likely won’t use this service again

Everything was informative and simple until I got to checkout. At 71, you would think I would be happy filling out all of the information- not! I am an Apple senior that wants to checkout by putting my thumb on the home button with Apple Pay. Think most companies would make more potential sales. At a site earlier this evening, I did not make the purchase because they did not have Apple Pay. I make the purchase with you because I believed your product maybe worth the inconvenience based on the information about the products - but I was not happy to jump through the hoops.
