Including gift message required completing as if having actual food delivered, with items ground delivered to myself. Actually left me concerned if gift message will be correct and included in email.

United States | 20 November 2019Shipping options are ridiculous. I didn't press "order" last night on accident. When I went back in this morning, delivery for Thanksgiving (still 8 days away!!) not guaranteed unless I spent at least $45+ in shipping (for a 3 day delivery when there is actually 8 days between now and delivery date). Happy to give a 5 star if they can improve shipping options. Also, the custom "Thanksgiving" meal didn't have a pumpkin pie as a dessert option. They wanted to upsell me for an entire pie priced at $25.

I got an email that stated it was shipped and could follow in the tracking app. I told my friend that I sent it to that a pkg was on the way. She calls to tell me that send a meal notified her that there was a delay and that it was a food delivery. This was on NOV 12th. Today I get another email stating that my pkg has shipped. NOV 20th.. First of all they should have notified me as it was a birthday present and you ruined the surprise. Second of all Where has this food been since NOV?????

United States | 20 November 2019Ordered a Thanksgiving meal for my son and daughter in law who just had a new baby and it was nice that the shipping charge for UPS Ground was 0. Also ordered some sage dressing and a pumpkin pie to go along with the meal and the shipping charge was $19.95 for these items. Doesn’t make much sense as it was part of the same order and was for the same meal.

United States | 18 November 2019It was easy to purchase the meals and I love that they have dietary restriction options. I was surprised at how long it would take for the recipient to receive it though. It was ordered on the 15th and scheduled to be delivered on the 27th. That's almost 2 weeks later! This was gotten as a Sympathy gift for a woman who lost her husband completely unexpectedly at the age of 43. She has a young boy and I don't imagine she would be up to cooking any meals. The fact that this will not arrive to her until almost 2 weeks after pretty much defeats the purpose of sending it. I chose ground delivery b/c the estimated delivery was around the 21st which was still further than I would have thought but was acceptable. I was just now sent an E-mail showing the delivery date as the 27th. I'm very disappointed that she didn't get the meals when it was most needed. If I was local, I would have prepared the Meals myself. I still think this is an amazing service but when this is purchased for something such as a death, the recipients are in need asap. It would be incredible and most appreciated if you were to offer a discounted Air delivery for Sympathy/New Baby as these are usually things that don't give you too much notice and these are the people who need this the most. Thank you,
