It was hard to figure out what was going on-- I may go back and order seperately- but if one thing ships free ( I'm assuming because I spent x amount-- then anything additional should be shipped free in same shipment no?) Will wait to see what the recieipent thinks of the taste-- But overall great concept- better than sending Flowers for sympathy.

United States | 05 November 2019I love your service, however, what prevented me from giving you the full five star rating, were a couple of things. So I found out after the fact that the meal I ordered needed to be vegetarian and when I called your customer service line to change it I could only leave a recorded message. That was inconvenient. Then I checked out as a guest so I wasn't able to login having checked out as a guest to modify my order. This caused a good hour of wasted time trying to rectify this. I would just recommend making your site more user friendly and customer service more available. However, you guys did follow up the next day and I was able to cancel the initial order and make a different one...Thank you!

United States | 04 November 2019It’s hard to review the food when it hasn’t arrived yet! That being said, the website was good, but took a while to find a gift certificate. While looking I found the 7 meal plan and that is what i bought for my niece who just had twins! She will lone this more than flowers!

United States | 03 November 2019-I don’t think the serving sizes were big enough. -This is more my fault than yours I don’t believe I signed my card. I think it would be nice to have a button reminding customers to sign the card. If recipients get food from an unknown source, they are likely to throw it away.

United States | 31 October 2019Tried to order for 3 days, received an 'internal error' message, Finally got order placed and paid for OVERNIGHT shipping ($99). When I sent a message on 10/29 asking if the order has shipped. I get a response saying the address needed to have a n or s. WRONG!!!!! Then I find out that you are a 3rd party and order the dessert from one place and the meal from the other. The meal was delivered a day late supposedly because of the address:however, it did not even ship until the address was verified. I WANT A REFUND FOR THE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING!!! You are misrepresenting your services. UNHAPPY! DISAPPOINTED!

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the menu as well as the low salt diet I was concerned about for my Aunt.
