One of my meals did not come in the package. I had to follow up to get it delivered. The initial response to the shortage was to send me a gift certificate rather than the meal. I was taken aback by this.

I called in with a special order and they were able to do it. Made me feel like I was getting real personal service. I’m using them for all my secret Santa meal deliveries!!!!

Easy and quick! I just placed the order. I hope it arrives closer to Thanksgiving than not. My sister is spending the holiday away from home and these recipes sound just like home! I'm so grateful for send a meal's service.

So far so good. Selected a Thanksgiving dinner for my son and hopefully all goes well. The online ordering experience was easy enough. Now we will wait until the holiday to see how the meal was. i know he will be surprised and I want it to be awesome. I will let you know.

I'm curious to know why I ordered on 11/4 and today 11/12 it was finally shipped?

It was ok. Wish there were more options.

I ordered 3 meals...chicken in pastry, pork chop platter & Cuban Pork, Peppers & Beans with Rice. All were delish & easy to prepare. The twice baked potatoes & vegetable medley were also yummy and healthy. I will definitely order again!

I opted for the email delivery but the site makes you enter a physical shipping address.

It was VERY easy to use and such a great idea - it's nice to have such a simple way to give to people who are going through a hard time (or through a celebration, for that matter). The service was VERY simple, I applaud the company for making it this easy to use.

I love the ability to order and send a meal to someone else. I did have to agree on a different delivery date than I initially chose, which is fine but would have been better to know earlier in the process. All things considered however, I love this service and thank you so much for letting me (living across the country from my family) be able to contribute to their well-being.
