So easy to send a complete meal to a person that can't get out to celebrate the Holiday!!!!

First of all, I think this is a great service. My older sister received this as a gift after heart surgery and loved the meal. But now ordering a meal to be sent to our brother and his wife, I find the website was a pain. First, I was confused when I ordered the meal certificate to be sent by email, because it said “delivery date” which I thought was for the date the email to be sent - and it was, but initially, I wasn’t sure because some fees for delivery of the certificate said $54! I had to call to confirm. Then I entered up as a new customer and typed in my billing address. I clicked shipping to another address and it wouldn’t let me move past it. The red print said I had to indicate whether I was shipping to the billing address or other - when I already indicated which. I had to phone (again) directly and place the order. Then the clerk who was very polite sent the voucher and because I couldn’t see it and she didn’t confirm the spelling and I didn’t either - I didn’t notice she spelled my sister’s name wrong. That should have been confirmed...

The ordering process is easy and the sight user friendly. I have ordered here before for friends recovering from surgeries and they LOVED it! They love the thoughtfulness of this gift AND the meals are reportedly quite delicious!!!

Work on your shipping rates. They are really high.

My cousin was laid up after surgery on her foot. I’m not the best cook, so I searched for something that could be delivered to her. I came upon Sendameal. What a wonderful site, because there are so many choices. It was fast and easy ordering on the website. The best thing is that the meal was much more substantial then flowers!!

Shipping charge is a bit too high.

I ordered as a birthday gift for my Aunt on a Saturday and chose second-day air for a Tuesday delivery, as the website promised. The wording for delivery is convoluted. I was under the impression that the package would arrive on Tuesday as the date was displayed on the website only to find out that the package was going to be a day late. Incredibly disappointing. I am really hoping that the quality of the meal is much better than the shipping process.

Honestly? I ordered a gift certificate to be delivered via email, but going thru the process of ordering I was confused as to why my recipient's street address was required. I hope it gets delivered to her via email like I requested. However, looking through the selections of food you have, it all looked delicious!

Site was easy to navigate. Account setup went smoothly. In the middle of checking out, I wanted to add an item and had no difficulty getting the job done.

The ordering process was very simple. The true review will be when the party receives and tries the meals. If they taste as good as they look, they should be amazing.

The shipping was almost as much as the meal. I would have liked to get it there sooner, but would have cost $164.00 just for shipping !!!

Ordering was easy. I am having this sent to my daughter in another state. When she receives it I will be anxious to know how it was.
