My company uses this site for condolences gifts. The meals are always appreciated.

I called customer service to get further explanation on the meals. they were WONDERFUL!! Walked me through the website to pick out just the right meals. I needed some of the meals to be vegetarian and she knew exactly what to pick.

Since the order I placed has not been received by the people I bought it for I can only report on the ordering of the meal. It was a user friendly menu to order from. It takes 12 days from the time of order to have the food delivered. I would have been much happier to hear that it would be 5 or 6 days. Will be anxious to hear from our friends how they like the meal.

Customer service was suburb! Food happened to be delivered on the day that my sister-in-law really needed it. Her husband passed away at home the morning of the day the delivery was made. He had been sick for so long with cancer. She and her daughters were very appreciative and so am I. Thank you.

Sending gift certificate via email. I was trying to send a gift certificate to someone via email. I found it a bit confusing. As I recall, I had to put my home address for the delivery site (meaning the Visa bill). I wanted to make sure it went directly to the recipient. It did. So, the system is good, but perhaps just a bit unclear. He did receive it. (Thank you for cc'ing my emails address when you sent it to him.)
