It takes way to long to get delivered

Would never use this site to expensive to ship the product cost 25.00 for the food and cheapest shipping was 23.00 for a 10 day arrival time.Got me once but will tell everyone I know never use this service

I have not received a lot of feedback from the recipients. The site is user friendly.

It is a great service, though a little over price especially the shipping. We recived this once ourselves and enjoyed it. Navigating the web site is very easy. I do feel with the price of shipping there should be a better time line as to when they will receive the product.

Easy ordering! Easy to send a gift

The meals I ordered arrived but one of them was thawed and it was fish so the recipient had to throw it out. It was not easy for me to get ahold of customer service and in fact they never directly called me just dealt with me through emails. The person answering the phone couldn't help me, answer any questions, or give me a human to talk to. She just took orders. She could only "leave them a message". It was all done through email. In my opinion, I think there should be a live person to talk to that can answer questions when problems arise. They did eventually credit me for the one meal that couldn't be eaten but I had to ask for that to happen. They need to strongly improve their customer service and create a department that people can talk to when needed.

I love how easy it was to place an online order. There was a wide variety of foods to choose from also. I purchased as a gift for someone who had surgery. I'm looking forward to hearing how they liked the food.

The website needs to be less confusing when ordering a gift certificate. There should not be a "shipping area", when the gift certificate has been requested to be delivered by email. I had to call the 800 number to make sure I was doing it right. Thanks for taking this advice in consideration.

Meals looked good. I was ordering as get well gift for family and it wasn't even shipped until over a week after i ordered it. WAY too late to help my family.

So easy to order. My brother who is out of state, just got out of the hospital. I was trying to think of a way I could get cooked food to him. Came across Send a Meal. Perfect! Will be reordering in a few weeks. Thank you.

The package was to arrive in 3-7 business days. We are on business day 6 and the package has not even been shipped yet. They just created the label Saturday evening, UPS doesn't even have the package yet. Tomorrow is Day 7- I hardly think this will get from Nebraska to DC in less than 24 hours. This was being delivered to someone who is bedridden after surgery. So sad this company couldn't deliver as promised.

Selections were great and numerous. The only suggestion I have would be to have more options for breakfast but overall - excellent.

Placed order with free shipping offered, after 6 days the items still haven't been shipped. Very disappointed. Shipping details say ground shipping orders will arrive between 3-7 days. Doesn't look like that will happen.

I am not sure if this company is legitimate. I placed an order, they said it shipped but I have no tracking information nor does anyone answer the phone when I called. Buyer beware on this one!! Frightening that I spent close to $100 on it! It was for my cousin as a sympathy Neal since her daughter was just murdered my her daughter’s husband. First one tragedy and now another... sad

I chose this because I wanted to send a thank you gift to a couple who hosted my visit. Selection was nice and looking forward to their comments
