I’ve placed several orders with you and the recipients have always been pleased. I, however, never seem to get an acknowledgement or confirmation of the order before I find you requesting a review id]f your service. This seems backwards. Just placed an order early this morning...same thing. Thus only 4 star instead of 5. (Maybe should have been 3 allowing for my frustration regarding whether you REALLY got the order. D. Erwin

This website had a good selection of meals, was easy to use/place order.

The website was confusing. Was not sure when I could enter my message, did not understand when o selected email delivery and was directed to provide shipping address. Need to be clearer about email selection and not go to a shipping address input. Bottom line site needs some step by step clarity review.

Very confusing website ito ordering a gift certificate . It is unclear whether to put in the recipient's address or your own . I set up an account and when I went back to place my order I had trouble logging in and had to change my password twice. I had to contact customer service twice and could only do so by email, altho they gave a quick response. The selection of meals and the fact that they can deliver virtually anywhere made me persist. They have a 5 day plan and a 7 day plan but it is hard to find. I was also surprised that they don't have a low salt diet. Now I will have to wait and see if the recipient of my gift certificate is pleased

My in-laws absolutely love and appreciate the selections we have sent them. Pineapple upside cakes are a favorite!!

Had some problems with the ordering on the web.

On time as promised.

Meals arrived on time. Recipient said they loved that the meals could be put in the oven frozen making them very easy to prepare. They have only tried one of the entrees which was the pot pie and said it was delicious. They said they are looking forward to using the rest of them.

Everything arrived within a few days with no issues. It just would have been nice to have been sent an email on when it shipped and when it arrived without having to search the site.

Awesome service! I found this site on Google, needed to send a meal to a family that experience a death in the family. The option to have them choose what food they want and have it sent the date they choose ... brilliant!

Customer Service is wonderful. The website was definitely giving me some trouble though.

So many options which is great. I do wish you could filter by how many servings are in each meal.

Item was mailed to recipient 6/6/19 and never received. Very disappointed.
