Called customer service for a couple of questions...they could not be answered. You need to TRAIN your customer service agents or not have them at all.

Haven't eaten the food yet, so I can't speak to quality, but for all the meal delivery options out there these days, this one seems pretty poor. The options do not look all that appetizing and pretty expensive for the amount of portions you get. Most of the meals I could go get at a restaurant for about the same price per person and it's guaranteed to be better quality I'm sure. I was given a gift certificate as a gift, otherwise I would not have used this company, but I chose enough product to get within a dollar or two of my gift certificate value only to be EXTREMELY disappointed to see I'd have to pay a whopping $30 for 3-7 business day delivery. It is rare to have to pay shipping at all these days for orders over $100 especially, but $30 seems absurdly high and 3-7 business days seems like it better be packaged very well for food to survive that slow of shipping method. Unless the meals are the best at-home meals I've ever eaten, I would not recommend this company to anyone. At least there seem to be a couple better food options now compared to almost a year ago when I was given the gift certificate- at that point in time I couldn't find anything that looked appetizing, so I guess that is a positive.

Great variety of meals to choose from. Hopefully the products taste as good as they look.

Horrible customer service experience when I called questioning why the gift certificate I ordered had not been received by my recipient, but I had gotten the invoice. i made the assumption that if i had the receipt the gift certificate would have been received as well - but they could not tell me how long or when that would occur. The supervisor that was called in to help was absolutely no help. Her answer "it shows it is being sent and there is nothing we can do" and just forward her your receipt. Really...that is how your company responds. I will not be using your service again.

Can be interrupted as a scam. Recipient almost deleted it.

1. Your asking me to provide a review before anything has shipped so have no delivery or flavor /quality experience 2. I ordered on 7/23 and you sent me an email that my meals would ship somewhere around 8/1...this is for a woman who is sick and needs help now, not 10 days from now!

The process was easy and many choices. Reasonably priced except for the shipping. I will rate again when the meals are delivered

Customer service member Melissa was not very helpful. I explained why I did but use my certificate (because of a death)and she was not sympathetic and did not let me know that there was a fee to reissue
