Excellent quality! We have used SendAMeal several times and everyone has loved the food!

Easy to use but I DO NOT LIKE SURVEYS

I sent a meal to my son for Easter because he was out of state for the first time. He said everything was very good but the picture showed green beans and he got all mixed vegetable medley.

I found the website very clumsy to navigate. I was unable to see the full screen horizontally without scrolling left and right. In addition, trying to go from shopping to the cart and back was awkward.

The cost of shipping (in order to arrive in 2 days, because it’s a “MEAL”), was more expensive than the whole family meal itself, and that is ridiculous!

It’s very easy to order. Delivery is very expensive and the ground delivery is very slow. I utilize this service when my loved ones are in a time of need (usually just gave birth or experiencing loss). Waiting 7 business days to deliver the food is really not good because they need the food now.

Send a meal to an elderly brother with a poor diet. I am sure this will provide him with several decent meals. A good experience in ordering.

I ordered frozen foods grill collection. Everything arrived in good order and in a reasonable time. When ordered I didn't realize that everything was from Omaha Steaks. Had I known this I might have ordered directly from them.

We have found any of the dishes that we have ordered to be delicious and easy to prepare. We’ve only had one problem with an order-for some reason it was not sent-but upon contacting them, the problem was promptly attended to and fixed.

More choices of simple Soups to send to ailing friends far away would be welcomed.

Diabetic meals were sent as a gift. Recipient described the meals as DELICIOUS!! and that he never would of thought that. He also said it was “like someone made it right here”.

Great selections, great delivery, great taste. This was my first experience with Send a Meal and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with all aspects.

great to be able to send some comfort from far away, food did arrive faster than expected but the cost is still quite high, As I didn't get to taste any items, I cannot speak to the quality.

Due to a recent surgery, was not able to prepare a homemade Easter dinner. We ordered a small ham, whipped sweet potatoes, harvest medley, green beans, and pineapple upside down cakes. I was skeptical in ordering in ordering the vegetables, but they were excellent. Very fresh and tasty. The entire meal was delicious. The meal was carefully packed with clear instructions on how to prepare. Will use Send A Meal again.

Very disappointed the order-ee is not able to correct the state of delivery, which should have been corrected with the correct zip code supplied within a timely fashion. I’m requesting to cancel this order as of this date and time of this email. Sorry that there is not tools and controls tailored for a high level of customer service to address these types of issues and a phone service not briefed on how to handle a simple issue of correcting the ship to state on a order with modern day communication technology. Really sorry I could not have a positive experience with this order.

It did take over a week to ship but once it was shipped it got there pretty quick and the recipient said the meal was excellent!!! Will use again
