The reviews for Fletcher Longstaff seemed almost too good to be true, but I can say with certainty that they are not. We were very lucky to work with Gareth on our flat purchase. Gareth and the team responded to our incessant queries quickly both by email and phone and stayed on top of everything, no doubt assisted by a clear and user-friendly portal to help us keep track of the process. Everything was handled remotely, but this was no encumbrance, even for a slightly complicated flat purchase in London with what felt like very sedate sellers. I want to thank Craig D for his help in selling my flat. What stands out for me is his project management skills. He worked skilfully with third parties to request and obtain required information or legal docs. As a result of this, I was able to exchange contracts in 9 weeks. Fletcher Longstaff use a (simple) online portal to track progress. It's very helpful, particularly if you are in a rush to buy/sell and proactively want to know the precise status. I had a great experience with Fletcher Longstaff. I engaged FL to act as my conveyancer on a London flat purchase. The flat is share of freehold, so more complex than the average transaction. What stood out most for me was the communication. Led by Tom H, FL's communication throughout the process was excellent. FL was also highly responsive, getting back to any emails I sent and questions I asked within 24 hours - always explaining things clearly. On a couple of occasions when issues/misunderstandings arose, FL addressed them promptly and without fuss.
