Today I took a Pixel 4a to the Bond Street store and had a cracked screen replaced and a new battery put in at the same time. The member of staff was really friendly and nice, but I was disappointed in the quality of the work. I had dropped my phone (which had cracked the screen) but when I got it back after the repair, there were more cracks on the housing and there was excess glue from the screen adhesive sticking out of the seam. I could have replaced the screen myself, like I did on my Pixel 3a, but I thought I would pay for it to be done and make sure it was done professionally. Given the damage to the phone, I wish I'd done it myself now. They did give me £10 off for damaging the phone, but it feels like a bit of a token gesture rather than anything meaningful. If you're going to be repairing broken phones, you shouldn't break them more in the process!

I had my screen repaired on my IPhone the price is the best I found on the high street, I also took out the protection which includes the screen repaired for free the 1st time as many screen protectors you need and a free phone case. Abu was very helpful and was very quick the quality of work is very good and the phone was cleaned and the screen protector added. Can’t rate them highly enough.

My iphone12 pro had a cracked camera lens that Apple claimed would charge me £489 to change out. iSmash gave me an appointment and had it fixed while waiting. The new lens had a small micro fine scratch and this was then immediately changed out on the spot. Loved the customer service.

I am genuinely over the moon with the service I received. An iPad battery replacement that would’ve cost twice as much and taken twice as long with Apple. It got collected from my house on a Monday and was back with me, fixed like new by the Thursday. Perfect.

I was in Liverpool One and walked in on the off chance at 0945 because my iPhone XR was not charging well and the battery was down to 82% capacity. I thought it needed a new charging port and as the battery was close to the 80% capacity level asked if they could replace the battery at the same time. I dealt with two staff members. They were both very knowledgable and said they would replace the battery and check the port but they doubted it would need replacing. The work was ready for collection at 11:00. The phone had been cleaned, a screen protector applied and as they had predicted, once they had cleaned the port it charged without a problem. The battery installed is not Apple certified but using an independent app, its star can still be monitored and I think is very good value. When any of my wife and my 6 Apple devices need repairing in the future, we will return to iSmash

Little bit of a fuss to start my claim, mostly my fault. Made the claim, sent photos of the damage and a description of how I damaged the phone. Claim accepted liable provided, phone sent off a few days later the phone came back looking like new.

I went in with no appointment for a screen repair. I ended up having a full cleaning service, replacement battery as well as the screen repair. The end cost was very reasonable and they offered deals and discounts to bring it down further. Excellent service, honest and very friendly and could not recommend more.
