Great efficient service replacing a battery in my very old iPad. Dropped off in morning and collected in the afternoon. Works like new!!

Today I had new battery fitted to my Pixel 5. The service provided by Muhammad at the Leeds Trinity Centre Branch was excellent. A pleasant experience.

I used ismash in Birmingham through my HSBC advance insurance when I broke the screen on my Samsung U23 after only having it for 3 months 😫. The service was great, it was really easy to book in, the managed offices (which are beautiful) are opposite snow Hill train station and I was in and out within 1 hour. The guy kindly worked through his lunch as I had to be back to pick the kids up from school and has done a fantastic job. Thank you so much, I can highly recommend this service.

We were booked in for a repair appointment. The guy never turned up and when contacted he said they were closed on the day, with no explanation as to why he booked in appointments for that day. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Used twice really good replaced iPad 10.5 battery iPad was shutting of with 20-40 percent battery it was old needed replaceing My sister also used them few months before that’s why I used them they replaced screen on sister Samsung phone and replaced battery and both times been perfect without issue battery life almost doubled

Battery wasn’t charging. Cleaned the port and swapped the battery in 60 minutes all good.

The guys in Leeds fixed the screen on my iPad Pro within a couple of hours. They took great care with the repair and fitted a screen protector. They pointed out what could go wrong but nothing did!!! They were great!!

In your website it shows just one option for iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replacement for 119£ ( I’m booking the time, taking the time off , and in the brunch they are saying that the option I choose is not so good and is one more option for 189 £ ) I don’t have that money but at least you need to mention that you have the other option,,, they said that the option for 119£ will destroy my battery life so why I will buy it ,,, that is the misinformation,,,, I’m very disappointed,, I lost my time and money to come to the brunch and to hear that ,,,

Took my iphone in for replacement camera glass and they scratched my iPhone screen!! I have ended up with more damage than I started with and they claim it wasn't them, when it clearly was. They never documented any scratches on the phone when I handed it over, but after going back several times to speak to them since, they now say they wrote down that it was already scratched (conveninently they only mention this now). So now they've charged for a replacement camera glass, they've damaged my phone and they've lied to my face about it. To get the screen repaired will now cost way more than the initial camera glass and they don't even use quality glass so I'm now downgrading my phone from apple parts to their awful quality parts. To top it off, they fitted the wrong glass for the camera glass replacement which they didnt tell me until I complained the next day so now theyve ordered the right glass but i still dont have a fixed phone! What absolute cowboys. Avoid at all costs!
