Jeg afleverede min cykel på en drop-off zone ved siden af 3 andre donkey bikes, men deres GPS virkede ikke, så jeg pinned lokation manuelt. Jeg får så en email i dag at jeg afleverede min cykel udenfor en drop-off lokation så jeg endte med at skulle betale ekstra. Jeg føler mig snydt..

Amazing experience.

Steering was loose, tires were soft, and handle bars are sticky. Bad bikes bad service.

Surprised at the good reviews. In Belgium the bikes are more often than not broken. No real time customer service either. Happened to me twice that I took an e-bike from them, mid-journey it stops working. Had to manually drag this extremely heavy bike twice (!) to a parking location to not get a fine and then rent a scooter from a different company. It's just a waste of money and time.

Money machine. I rented 2 bikes in copenhagen and dropped them off in NYhavn a very turist crowded place. I didn´t drop my bikes in a drop zone, because of the many people, but in a area with lots of tourists. so im sure that the bikes have not been there for long before the next person uses it. Now they send me an extra fee because, they say, they have to move the 2 bikes 100 meters to the drop zone. I dont belive they have done that. they only charge the extra money because they can according to terms. SO never again.

ik werk tot 19:00 haar een elektrische fiets gehuurd voor heel de dag om 19u 05 wou ik mijn fiets ontgrendelen lukte na 5 keer nog niet telekens de melding van een probleem met een slot , klanten dienst gesloten , ik heb verdomme een taxi moeten bellen maar heb wel in de 51 euro huur voor gans de dag moeten betalen en dan nog eens bijna 20 euro voor de taxi

Facile d’utilisation et des vélos partout dans Barcelone Attention cependant à respecter votre temps acheté et ne pas se fier aux messages de l’application qui vous propose de continuer au tarif standard. 12€ pour 12h de loc c’est conforme mais 11€ pour 2h30 d’utilisation supplémentaire c’est du racket….J’aurais du racheter un forfait jour!

In addition to offering super easy bike rentals in every city, they do so at very competitive rates. I've been using it for years to communicate to work, and the service has been great. Even their customer support is quick to respond and resolve any issues. Great service, I couldn't live without them!

Very shady recruitment, they hire through a portal for startups and have you send a message with short character limit to apply. Then send template rejections saying your profile isn't the right fit. It smells of corruption and is likely a device so they only onboard their friends.

Simple and good value. I use Donkey Republic every time I am in Amsterdam.

I first time rented a bike in the city. It allows moving fast enough and at the same time allows to see all interesting things around. It allows feel free and lock, unlock wherever you want. Daily payment is a very convenient option. At the end the parking was at the door of my house. Only one inconvenience was that the first bike I took had very ineffective brakes (please fix it) which was dangerous. Finally I have changed the bike and the second bike was perfect. That fact didn’t spoil the trip but added the freshness. Also, I would prefer to move on the mountain bike or road bike, but I understand that it cannot be applied to the public environment.
