The PC I ordered was pretty much what I was after and so saved me swapping different bits to complete my required 'spec'and it was 'off the shelf' and delivered the next day. It was well packed and after a quick test to check it was working I then swapped several hard drives from my old system (which I might add was also brought from Cyberpower in 2019). Thanks

Service was quick I ordered a custom build delivered a day early they used dpd always a good sign. Only real negative would be I ordered a o11 dynamic case the side try for the side fans can be just slotted in for usage this is fine but not so good during transport should have been secured . This is possible with 1 or 2 screws that is designed in to the case it had come lose and had moved around in the case some.

Delighted. I'm no PC expert, so when my son's PC blue screened, it was like a death in the family. Luckily, I found Cyberpower in my searches for a new PC. The specs were great, the design even more so. My son was blown away by the graphics card and the beautiful box design. The PC spec is frequently quoted at school as a badge of honour (he's 13!) and we actually installed a shelf in the office to display it on - it looks really cool. I believe the PC design means it's upgradable too, something my son can learn when he gets to that point. I did call with questions before my purchase, which were all happily answered. And I thought the price was reasonable too - I'd rather give my money to an independent supplier here than the big named suppliers of PCs. Definitely got better value for my money and don't feel like I'm rewarding fat cat CEOs of big brands I don't trust.
