I booked a video consultation and day 2 pcr test. The video consultation took place whilst i was abroad to allow me to fly back. It was straightforward but I had to chase for the results because they did not arrive within the 2 hour slot. The office then shut so i could not get in contact with anyone. They were sent through after i chased the following day. The day 2 pcr test was sent on Sunday. It's now Tuesday and i still dont' have a result. I've been told it could take another 24 hours. We shall see. Reply to comment- Sadly, the antigen results were not in junk or spam. If I had been travelling that day, I would have been in trouble. The postbox had a priority Sunday collection ( I checked) but it’s true that you have turned the pcr around following my review and i have now received it. Thank you for that. I have revised the score to 3 because I feel that I had to chase twice.

I bought 72 hours fit to fly PCR test from Medwyn 5/Aug21 5 days before travelling to Malta, confirming the test would arrive the day after I ordered. The day after we received a message that there was a delay but not giving a reason. I thought it definitely will come the day after or so but it didn’t happened. On 9/Aug, The day before my holiday I tried to call them but only answering machine was available which nobody returned my call. I had to call the delivery company that with extreme difficulty I could speak to them and they said my package was lost and I needed to call the provider, Medwyn which I did 10 times. Finally later that day a lady called me and she said 250 packages were lost in delivery and she promised me to sent the test that day before my departure. After few hours I got a message from a man telling me that as I was unhappy not receiving the test in time I should call them if I wanted refund??? I called them but no answer until it was closed. I went on my holiday while they caused me extreme distress and had to pay in Malta to do the test which I wish I could have done it in the first place as it was much simpler way. I came back to UK from holiday, sending them few emails and messages but still not hearing from them. Then 5 days after I returned to Uk, they send me a message that they have delivered my package to my home. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Just imagine how I feel. This company is a big fraud with absolutely cruel and horrible customer service with no way of contacting them. Shame on them to steal money from people. Mina nassiri From London

Took me a while to find a company providing fit-to-fly tests that suited my needs (reliable but not overpriced, at-home antigen testing available during the weekend, clear website, complete information given before booking). Happy I went with Medwyn, my test arrived quickly after ordering, communication was great and everything went smoothly. Video call on time and certificate arrived within an hour after taking the test. All perfect.

Fantastic service for a reasonable price! Placed my order on the Thursday and our Covid-19 antigen tests arrived the next morning. We had our video call appointment with Tilly who was friendly and efficient and she had our test to fly certificate back to us within 20 minutes! Would highly recommend this service for COVID-19 tests.

The test was done efficiently and kindly. The results came within 12 hours.

Tha appointment itself at the clinic was really good. Tests quickly carried out and assurances given that results would be sent in time for travel. The down side was the test lab getting both our certificates incorrectly completed so they did not match our passport information. Very last minutes stressful situation to get amended certificates in time for travel.

The lady who took our tests was lovely, so patient and kind with my son who was a little nervous. We booked the same day service and results were with us within 7 hours. Brilliant service, will definitely use again.
