Excellent experience, well organised, very pleasant tester.. It is easy to locate and park, plus you can actually contact them if needed. All for a reasonable price.

We used Medwyn's travel Amber Country "package" - video call to do antigen test before returning to UK and Day 2 PCR test at home. On both occasions, tests and guidelines were well labelled and clear, communication was excellent (email and phone); staff were available and very supportive and results came back very quickly (1 hour and less than a day respectively). We have no hesitation to recommend it as a Covid test provider.

Excellent service but extraordinarily expensive in comparison to having the same test in France. The charge there is 50Euros, the test was performed at 10 am in England and France and the results were emailed back the same day on both occasions. At both units the test was performed quickly and efficiently by a qualified practitioner. The difference was the price, a discrepancy of over £100

It was a good experience, quick and efficient. Unfortunately, I could not book on Wednesday, as there were not enough appointment slots and had to pay more, to book on the Thursday as I was flying out on the Friday morning and so had to have my results on the Thursday. The nurse was great, and because I do not have a printer said that the surgery could print the results for me and i could collect it on the way to the airport at 8am on the Friday morning. But the results came in 6am on Thursday and a friend managed to print it off for me Thursday night.

Great explanation of the method and i didn't feel pressured for time if i didn't understand or needed repetition of instructions. Very quick and simple procedure. Thanks!

Very lovely and the process was easy

Poor. Although actual testing procedure was fine, we discovered after she had signed off that we did not have the correct link to upload our photos/results. There then ensued a panic time trying to find out how to do this. Phone not answered of course. Luckily we knew someone who had recently done it and he sent us his link which I hope will work.

Quick and efficient but the waiting area was too crowded

Terrible service. It was impossible to contact you when our Return to UK tests scanned were not readable on Monday. Email box full, no reply from message box. Could not get through by phone or reply to texts. Costed us 2 phone calls from Geneva.also instructions for uploading tests were inaccurate & confusing. One said email, another said link. It wasted half a day of our holiday. We still have no response although the certificate did get through 4 hours later. We were so stressed, I had an asthmatic attack.

Service effecient and delivered as promised. Staff- Stewart and Tilly were helpful and reassuring.

Once I had my appointment, the call/swab was swift and easy. However, my appointment didn’t happen until 40 minutes after my booked slot. The clinician didn’t come into the call so I contacted someone via the live chat, they got back to me fast (which was good) but said they would reschedule my call for 20 minutes later. Once this time arrived I received another message to say it would actually be another 20 minutes after that, with no explanation as to why. I understand it is necessary to be done, but when booking a slot in advance you expect that to take place at the allotted time and not have to take extra time out of your day. Other than this, the experience was as expected and the certificate came through promptly.

Brilliant. The video covid test service they offer was excellent, and meant we could do the test from the comfort of our accommodation rather than having to find a test site in France. With a tight turnaround between booking the service and leaving the UK, I was worried that the test materials wouldn't arrive in time, but they were couriered to us by the date promised. After booking we had to change the date of the test and got straight through by phone to someone who was really friendly and helpful. The video call itself was really easy, and afterwards we just had to send photos of the test results along with photos of our passports. About an hour later we had emails with the result certificates attached, for re-entry to the UK. Could not have been more smooth. We will definitely use this service again

Test arrived very quickly after ordering. Good comms, though had glitch in video appointment. However, called and had great assistance from Olivia who went above and beyond to ensure I got my test quickly (wish all services had people like this !). Will be using again..
