My experience was amazing, the people who were there to help stayed with me the whole way through. Denisa Muskaj was just amazing, she is the most helpful person I’ve ever met. She helped me with study lessons, placed me ESOL classes, job findings and recently helped me gain a position within a job place. All My thanks go to her and the people who helped along the sides. My experience was amazing.

I was given the opportunity to speak to Donna Spreag from my time in Northampton branch. She took me for some workshops to do with CV building and Interview techniques. Before I met Donna I was getting no success at getting interviews and no feedback from companies. Since meeting Donna and doing these great workshops I have had a few interviews now and start tomorrow. The difference in my confidence and the companies replying back to me now has been remarkable. I have been with jobs 22 for under a year and they took me from.an unemployed new father to a great job and starting a new career. All praise to DENISA MUSKAJ who has been the greatest employment coach. She has helped me grow gain confidence and helped me through whilst I had my first born and then my second. She was professional and on point everytime, first time I have a wonderful coach and she really made a massive difference to my life and really helped me and my family. Thank you again Denisa Muskaj.

I was assigned to Carl at the Leighton Buzzard office. He's brilliant! From the first meeting Carl was enthusiastic, engaged, and keen to understand my skill set, aspirations, training needs, and requirements of him as a coach. He created bespoke plans to ensure the sessions were specific to my objectives and remained positive and encouraging during every interaction. I found the additional support sessions particularly useful as Carl provided tips on tailoring my CV to a variety of job specs and helped me prepare for upcoming interviews. Working with Carl really improved my confidence and motivation, and since finding employment he has continued to make himself available, which has been a huge help. Great guy. Very positive experience.

I have worked for Jobs 22 for the last 15 months and honestly I have never had such a supportive team of managers and work colleagues. Having never worked in employability before I was very apprehensive but can honestly say the Training / HR Support / Management and Team Spirit is absolutely out of this world. What a lovely bunch! I have felt invested in and valued from day one. I would unreservedly recommend this organisation as a fabulous place to work.

Would avoid at all costs. Staff are complete liars. I have been under jobs 22 since leaving education and awaiting to start again this September. I have seen a member of staff once in 6 months. Texts and emails constantly different times and usually less than 10 hours notice. No child care considerations, why would I want my pre- teen child to come to that place with me? Easy to make appointments around school. Very unprofessional, have raised the issue with my MP and will be placing a formal complaint. Clearly need looking into. Telling me to go to my appointment with her rather that my college class, I think they need to remember who they are and stop threatening sanctions. They don’t actually have the power to sanction you? Do you? You have the power to pass information over to the job coach. Record everything they say when you are with them so they can’t retract later. Be mindful with these people. Please tell me why I have been put on your course? I’ve asked numerous times - you have taken money from the government for ‘me’ and have seen me once. I’ve been on your platform for 6 months and I haven’t even seen the online portal. Honestly I feel sorry people that struggle, trying to use this service. Please use citizens advice bureau to check.

Been twice now and every time I went I met people like me with different health issues. Made friends there. And what they said to us was very helpful. I'm going to some more meetings soon. Jobs 22 in northampton is great. Like to say thank you to Donna she was very helpful. Thanks Matthew oakley

My job coach at the jobcentre recommended I speak to the national careers service and the next day I had an appointment with Carl Lewis. He was very informative and helpful restructuring my cv, I would say the only reason I got a job interview for my job was because he helped to make it stand out more. I appreciate all help that NCS and Carl have offered and delivered

A very helpful man by the name of David Rennie gave me a short but informative call and laid out everything I'd need to do, along with some helpful information and a few questions. He then created a very clean and impressive CV for me to show my full skill set within the next few days. Very happy with this service and would recommend.

I would like make a complaint against Jobs 22 in Milton Keynes. Pacifically against a few members of your team that have involved themselves in misconduct, miscommunication and a lack of duty of care towards myself and no doubt other clients… On bank holiday Monday 29/08/22, the training course that jobs 22 sent me on was still running and continued as usual, although my Accommodation was not booked or authorised, which meant you sent me 70 miles away from my home without access to my hotel? I reached out to both my work coach and the manger involved in booking my accommodation? None of which answered my phone calls or text messages! So I was basically stranded, away from my home and with no way of getting home… Finally “Jobs 22 staff” answered my email at 6pm and stated in her email to me “ it’s a bank holiday, it’s my day off” - so this employee of yours knew I was struggling, stranded and alone…with no way home! Yet she made no attempt to contact myself or any member of your team/ company to help me? She answered my emails at 5pm and knew the current situation of which I was in! (We sent at least 3x emails to one another) Yet after this she ignored me and left me on my own without transport home or Communication with yourselves. It’s now been 48hours and still nobody in your company has contacted me to see if I’m ok, if I made it home or apologised for your lack of care. You should be ashamed of these people. Not only have these people let your company down on numerous occasions but they keep on making the same mistakes over and over again. I would like to know why? Was their training not completed? How much money is “This person” on to be able to communicate with me through emails knowing I’m stranded and without any funds of getting home and then just ignore me for 48 hours? After you have answered this email I will give you a full list of ALL the mistakes & Miscommunication these people have made in a three week period in your companies name. My job coach is currently sending me to jobs that I’m not Qualified to do. Who should be to blame if your company sent me to a job that I’m not qualified to do and an accident accrued? - that’s a lawsuit. - why did “jobs 22 staff” leave me on my own 70miles away from my home knowing I had no way of getting back. (Lack of duty of care). - again another law suit. I would like to make this complaint and ask that Disciplinary action be made against these people if not then your company needs to be held accountable for their actions. What if I was an elderly gentleman or elderly lady or even had a disability, would you have treated them with the same impunity that you did me? How would have these people survived with that kind of treatment? I look forward to your reply.

Would be hesitant to hire anyone put forward by these guys. The quality of candidates put forward are poor. (2 of our 3 fired within 1st 6 months) They promise to train them but then don't follow through with it, now I have to either dismiss the candidate as he doesn't have the correct training or pay for it myself, which we have not budgeted for. Not nice on the employee either to be messed around like this. Edit - After speaking to the director, it is clear that this company only care about receiving their government funding. Once they received the funding they were not interested.

dreadful, complete lack of understanding particularly when it comes to mental health, stress and anxiety. I've broke down on the phone numerous times repeatedly explaining my situation to jobs 22 and they refuse to back off. They give less than 24 hours notice when they've booked you in for appointments, most of the time I get a message around 6pm sometimes later saying I have an appointment the following morning. Right now it's the summer holidays and I planned a day out for my daughter tomorrow (booked and paid for in advance) I've now had to cancel due to another last minute message regarding an appointment. We arent allowed to have days out or holidays because of lack of notice for appointments - if we dont make it we face sanctions from UC. Pointless tasks that do NOT help me with looking for work or help me get work. Waste of time and energy if I'm completely honest. All so they can tick a box and pretend they've got people back to work..
