If you want to waste £xxxxs of pounds and hours of time, sign up! There is much better, cheaper, more user friendly property management software out there. I would not recommend.

An excellent experience going through the demo process with Hamid, what a guy! Super knowledgable, answered all my queries without hesitation. The system will benefit anyone in the property game from start up landlords to already established management companies. Handsome guy too, pleasure to Zoom with him. If not already, Hamid will be up there with the board of directors. Well done.

Totally useless! I don't know the capabilities of the software but the staff and systems are hopeless. Booked a demo, instead of sending you a meeting link they make you go onto the live chat function of their website and request a link. Which they don't respond to. #hopeless

Thank you Max & Alex - great support and very helpful. We required a number of bespoke reports which Max and Alex patiently worked with us on and helped produced. The guys have been incredibly attentive and a pleasure to work with. The software has vastly improved the efficiency and communications within the company.

Arthur software is so user friendly as it simplifies all tasks within property management. The training sessions were really useful and Arthur support have been vital in helping me to tailor the software to our individual needs. A big thanks to Luke for his help when I was stuck!

I've been working in property management for a number of years and I can safely say Arthur Online is the best all round property management and letting software. Everything I need is finally in one place including digital signatures, referencing, tenancy info / documents, viewings, etc. The onboarding process was excellent and Iana in particular has been so helpful. I attended a webinar today with Max G it was very informative and well thought out. I then had some follow up questions and Max offered a one to one zoom session to help me further. Max listened and made sure he understood the business in order to assist me with my queries. I am always super impressed with the level of support and the knowledge of the Arthur team.
