I had spent a long time looking for a mobile management app that really covered all the bases. Arthur Online does this for me and I was really beginning to think that something like this never existed. They are a great company to deal with and as they say - I really can manage my portfolio of 30 units from the coffee shop!

Arthur has allowed me to manage my large HMO portfolio with ease. It's user interface, flexibility and communication flow really has helped streamline my internal business processes. On top of that, the ongoing support has been very responsive (not that I've had to use them that much as the online help section goes into a lot of detail).

Such a fantastic tool. Cuts out the need to use a managing agent as makes life so simple. All the information I need is in the palm of my hand as the system is mobile friendly.
