Very impressed! We started using Arthur few months ago and are so happy with Arthur's customer service which is simply beyond expectation!! The free technical+report support we got from Kevin Paul Jangum(Reporting Analyst) is remarkable and we must mention here that we have got immediate email replies within few hours throughout. He is very competent and understands clients problems very well. Also very smart and super speedy in answering queries. Thankyou so much for all your help Kevin. We recommend Arthur to everyone having their business in UK or abroad. 5 Stars from our side.

Nikoleta has been incredible throughout my onboarding process with Arthur. She is very knowledgeable, a great person to speak with on Zoom and has a wonderful personality too!

We've recently adopted Arthur into our company and couldn't be happier with the move. The interface itself is very intuitive and the Chat function is always there whenever we need help. The team themselves have been great to work with and have made the transition fairly painless. Our main point of contact, Nikoleta, has been fantastic, with showing us ways in which we can streamline and make our processes even easier and really helps with breaking down how the system works. And if she doesn't have the answers, she'll make sure she'll get them. Max has been great too, going above and beyond to help us customise the system to cater to our needs.

Arthur has been great for our business. We've transitioned from Excel spreadsheets to Arthur, which fully integrates with Xero. It allows us to run the business far more efficiently. Great software & automation variety. However, there is a lack of reporting functionality as they use a third party company. I have given Arthur 3 stars due to the lack of customer support via the telephone. To speak to anyone you must book a tutorial and pay for it. We've been using Arthur for a while but hadn't got to grips with all the available functionality. Shenice has been working as an extension of our team, spending time helping us fix a number of issues. Our system is now integrated with Xero which will save us hours/days each month as we can finally move away from manual reporting & start using Arthur to its full capability.

We've worked with Arthur for 3.5 years now and have always found the assistance and support really useful. Recently had a tutorial session with Shenice and she was absolutely brilliant at helping us solve an issue which will make work life much easier for ourselves (and our accountant!)

Arthur has been a real game changer for our business and is a brilliant tool for any property professional. The software itself is superb and once up and running you will wonder how you lived without it! Moreover, the support/training available during the initial set up phases is fantastic. A special mention must go to Shenice Aberdeen who has gone above and beyond to ensure our learning experience and set up went as smoothly as possible. Overall very happy we choose Arthur!

good software made better by the people that offer support. Luke and Max are amazing and have made onboarding using the software so easy. Without such an easily accessible and knowledgeable team offering a 5* standard of support many of the features would not be accessible

I have been using Arthur for over 4 years now. Fabulous product that keeps everything together for you. Super easy to navigate, but if you do get stuck like i did today there are some lovely Arthur employees like Max Gray who sorted my problem straight away.

Rayan was excellent! I've only just started using Arthur but Rayan has been incredibly helpful with teaching me how to use the system and also helping us to implement new processes, he's a credit to the company. Everyone else I've spoken to at Arthur have also been very friendly and knowledgeable. Brilliant service all around!!

We have used Arthur online for 4+ years now to manage our own portfolio and clients. The customer service and assistance to solve issues is excellent, it always seems to be evolving and I am sure we don't fully utilise the software to it's full potential yet!
