We signed up to Arthur a few months ago and we are very pleased with the system. The support provided is exceptional and efficient. All Arthur contacts have been brilliant so far, including Nikoleta who has been helping us with our bespoke application form and took us through a three hour training session to demonstrate the functionality of the system. Highly recommend!

I'm new to Arthur so I am requiring quite a bit of assistance at the moment. I'm using their built in help facility quite a bit. They have an extensive knowledgebase to search your query first but when I've needed the online help they have been good. If they are busy they give a rough time on how long you may wait, usually no more than 15-20 minutes, but you always get a response. Today I had help from Lukas on two issues and he was most helpful.

Had an online tutorial today with Rayan Alim. It was excellent, one of the best online tutorials we have received from Arthur and whilst the others have always been good, Rayan really took the time to understand our business which was valuable in us fully customising and utilising the work order facility. Great software and team. Automation allows you to be super creative to provide a unique/bespoke service for your tenants and landlords. Found using Arthur easy and whenever I got stuck, the team on the live chat were always available, helpful, and helped me get the result I needed. Would recommend using Arthur and I would do so again in future.

From the first introduction with Rayan he has fully supported us in every stage of our integration with Arthur and has made it very stress free. I feel this is massively due to his brilliant communication skills both via email and Zoom calls. He always ensures that he follows up with you on everything and by doing this it provides you with constant updates and gives you peace of mind. His ability to simplify any thing technical / complex during the training he delivered was extremely useful. Many thanks to Max Milligan for assisting me with setting up automated tasks to tenants in advance of rent due and chasing where rent is overdue. It is so helpful, having attended webinars where the team demonstrate how to make better use of the software, to then to be in a position to avail ourselves of the one2one sessions on specifics to implement changes to improve our use of Arthur.
