We signed up to Arthur a few months ago and we are very pleased with the system. The support provided is exceptional and efficient. All Arthur contacts have been brilliant so far, including Nikoleta who has been helping us with our bespoke application form and took us through a three hour training session to demonstrate the functionality of the system. We have gradually been relying on Arthur more and more. So far it has been very useful to manage the portfolio. Aleesha was very helpful on the webchat getting things set up correctly.

I'm new to Arthur so I am requiring quite a bit of assistance at the moment. I'm using their built in help facility quite a bit. They have an extensive knowledgebase to search your query first but when I've needed the online help they have been good. If they are busy they give a rough time on how long you may wait, usually no more than 15-20 minutes, but you always get a response. Today I had help from Lukas on two issues and he was most helpful.

Had an online tutorial today with Rayan Alim. It was excellent, one of the best online tutorials we have received from Arthur and whilst the others have always been good, Rayan really took the time to understand our business which was valuable in us fully customising and utilising the work order facility. Great software and team. Automation allows you to be super creative to provide a unique/bespoke service for your tenants and landlords.
