The staff at Arthur Online are incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding of issues and work incredibly hard to help resolve them. Nigel in particular was outstanding with an issue I had, and I'm glad to say it was resolved within 30 minutes.

Have been using Arthur for almost a year! It's great for reconciling rent, maintenance issues and reports. Additionally, the customer service available on tutorials is great. Specifically Nigel, and Femi, who always provide the answers we need!

Have been using Arthur now for a few years and the experience in trying to get hold of someone to help with queries is practically non existent, no phone lines to speak with a human. Recently the system has calculated 3 months of rent for the same period so when a report is run it seems that the tenant is in arrears which is not the case, and we are still waiting for this problem to be resolved. The reply we are getting from support is: Still running scripts. There are multiple scenarios to be considered which is why its taking longer than expected. This is not good enough as I have landlords to pay and is holding me back from processing this. If I hadn't have noticed this then Arthur would not have acknowledged it. Would I recommend Arthur - NO

FROM A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER - MARCH 2022 TO APRIL 2023 We moved away from Arthur Online in April 2023 after 13 months of horrendous issues with their system after the software we were using was bought out by them. There were constant glitches, errors and terrible customer service because the staff are run ragged dealing with constant complaints. Our main review is on Google for anyone that wishes to read an in depth overview of the problems that we experienced, if you are thinking of joining I would strongly advise you to read it, it will save you a lot of wasted time and money!! We can see that the same issues are still occurring after reading the recent reviews, we would urge anyone considering to use this software to stay away! We moved away from Arthur to Alto Vebra in 2023 and now have a stress free life, not one single 'glitch', a system that does what it is supposed to do, it has made us realise how truly awful Arthur was! I see Arthur are still using the same response "We are sorry that Arthur Online wasn't the right fit for your business and your needs" The majority of positive reviews are for the 'support' their staff have given, we often had review requests for individuals, no doubt an attempt to boost their rating and dilute the real experiences from reputable business owners! They are still trying to pass the blame onto their users! It is not the right fit for peoples businesses or their needs because the system is littered with bugs which cause so many errors, you then have to pay for 'training' for Arthur to correct issues! Stay away at all costs is our advice, from a reputable Letting Agency looking after 300 houses, who have been in business for 30+ years! **UPDATE ** In response to your reply 22nd August 2024 - All reviews previously provided by different email addresses are genuine and have not been duplicated, all reviews have been carried out by separate individuals who worked for our company who all wished to share their individual feedback, because of how bad their whole experience was! The reviews that have been left are 100% fair and focussed, the sole purpose of leaving the reviews are to hopefully help other property professionals from making the same mistake that we did, in using your platform and wasting a lot of time, effort and money. That is the purpose of Trustpilot after all. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavours.

After doing things manually for a very long time transitioning to a software has been challenging. Arthur is good value for money and whilst it can be tricky to use sometimes I am getting the hang of it. Kevin has been really helpful in customising my reports and have raised another ticket today for the financial team so hopefully someone will reach out tomorrow to help with those queries. Ticketing system seems to work well.

We had high hopes. We are looking to start our own business, and we were very impressed by Arthur and what it could offer. I had enquired, twice, about trying to set up a suitable day/time that could work for all involved to discuss prices/set up a demo, and I've not had any correspondence at all. Very disappointing - it feels as though Arthur is not looking to cater to new businesses, but to provide their services to already established ones.

System is always down or running slow. Never get any updates from the Arthur team, unable to get issues resolved, as they don't allow calls for current users and expect clients to log all issues via our accounts, which is impossible when most days we cant even log into our account. Live banking has been down for months, but they think it is perfectly fine to still charge us for the service. We are passed from person to person, as the staff turnaround is high, which is probably due to the stress of clients complaining daily of system faults. If you want to run a successful business, avoid Arthur at all costs, other reviews clearly back up this review. Old-fashioned spreadsheets would work better then Arthur! Of course their standard reply is our details cannot be found on their database. Seems their standard reply for all negative reviews
