United Kingdom | 20 January 2021I am a landlord and a letting agent overseeing approx 100 units. I used to run all my systems through a series of google sheets. I moved to Arthur in an attempt to streamline all the processes and save time going forward. I've been using Arthur for around a year now and am delighted with the software and the company in general. There is a system within the software for everything I need and more. It takes a bit of time to get everything all set up but once it's up and running it all works very smoothly, including integrating with Xero or whichever accounting software you use. Over the last year or so I've dealt with around 5 different members of the Arthur support team for Zoom tutorials and their help and support has always been very effective and invaluable. The fact that that you are able to book in hour-long slots several times a month is really an amazing feature that gives confidence in your ability to use the software effectively. I highly recommend Arthur to anyone looking for property management software and indeed have just encouraged some friends who run a similar business to sign up.

United Kingdom | 18 January 2021We have always had a good relationship with the team at Arthur and love that we can contact someone at the click of a button with any questions or musings we might have – The customer service team are incredibly approachable. In this instance though, I feel the need to give a specific mention to Max Gray. We experienced a sync issue over the xmas period which was having a major impact on our client’s business. Max took ownership of the situation into the late hours of xmas eve, corresponding with his tech department on my behalf to investigate the issue and updating me at every stage. Our business is not 9 to 5 by any means and the above and beyond approach at this crucial moment made all the difference.

The call was scheduled for 45 minutes but he gave me almost double that and couldn't have been more helpful in answering my (many) questions. He's very personable and knowledgeable and fitted a lot into the whistle stop tour of Arthur! I like the fact that the 30 day free trial is just that - no debit card details taken until the end of the trial, and also the flexibility of a monthly rolling contract with no minimum period and only a 30 day notice period: that shows that Arthur are so confident of their product that they don't need to to tie people in to fixed periods. Thanks Max; it was great talking to you: I'm really glad I took the opportunity to book a demo appointment with Arthur.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2021Currently using a competitor and interested to switch to Arthur. Software has some additional features (but also missing some others which have been 'in development' for years). On balance it does seem like a better piece of software and hence the interest in switching. However, the sales team are disastrous. They are inflexible and somewhat rude. I had two different prices for on-boarding and when it came to next steps, you get charged even before you're up and running. I'm genuinely disappointed at the poor sales team. We're in the middle of the largest pandemic in a century and they are squeezing every last penny. You'd have thought for a potential customer who will be paying monthly, will be paying for upfront Arthur switch costs, that at the very least, they can would charge a new customer until the system is actually being used and live. Instead they want to charge the day you start uploading data in preparation for a switch. My feedback to the owner/founder - please sort your sales team/process out and stop the massive switch over costs. I will be honest and say that your main competitor has a totally different sales experience and work with new customers and it was a really positive experience.
