We have been with Arthur since 2018 and have found their customer services to be fantastic, also their developments are always in line with the industry and they always take on board suggestions for improvements. I have worked in property for over 15 years and have to say that Arthur is one of the best property management tools I have worked with.

Relatively new user to Arthur and so far I'm impressed. It is clearly a very full piece of software that could handle a lot of tasks automatically. I've had a couple of issues so far with setting everything up, however these are quickly resolved by contacting the support team through chat.
