We have been with Arthur since 2018 and have found their customer services to be fantastic, also their developments are always in line with the industry and they always take on board suggestions for improvements. I have worked in property for over 15 years and have to say that Arthur is one of the best property management tools I have worked with.

Very slick software which can save a lot of back office processing time. Excellent customer service. Highly advise careful planning of Arthur set up process, which can make the initial process very smooth. CEO, Marc Trup, impressively amenable to helping too, a rare and highly appreciated touch. Support staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient in their responses. Have used Arthur now since early 2018 and we make use of nearly all their services, add-ons, integrations and the API to integrate into third party software - all of which makes our life as a busy HMO agency much easier! Love working with these guys!

I have been setting up and administrating Arthur for the past couple of months with the Arthur support team behind me all the way. Coming from a tech background and working with many an organisation and software solutions I want to thank the support teams at Arthur for there attention to detail, response times (MTTFix) and openness to ideas points of view from me. This is something that doesn't exist much these days and it has been a breath of fresh air to work with likeminded folk who take pride in there work and solution. I would have no problem recommending this software to other organisations the single pane glass view Arthur gives you of your portfolio is fantastic. My thanks go out to all the support team that have helped me via the chat function (Megha, Patrycia, Nicol) and to some key folk - Max Milligan, Max Gray, Jamie & Shenice.

I had a question at 8:45 in the morning and although not supposed to start until 9:30, Max Grey responded straight away and pointed me to the correct team to help. Arthur's live chat is always quick to respond and helpful in every way. Great product and great service.

Relatively new user to Arthur and so far I'm impressed. It is clearly a very full piece of software that could handle a lot of tasks automatically. I've had a couple of issues so far with setting everything up, however these are quickly resolved by contacting the support team through chat. Max Gray quickly sorted the latest issue on automation following the end of a tenancy. Many thanks

I have been using Arthur over a month now. The most amazing thing is their support team. I come from tech background and have used many software platforms, I haven't seen any which gives support like Arthur. Their team usually have answered our queries in less than 5 minutes. It was Boxing Day and I had various invoices to send off to new tenants. I hadn't set up tenancies yet and was new to the software. I asked a question in the chat (not expecting a response until a few days later) and Max Gray responded quickly and concisely. He arranged a Zoom meeting and spent hours of his time to help me set up tenancies whilst walking me through different functionalities of Arthur. I am very impressed with such a service and am extremely grateful to Max for saving me much time in the nitty-gritty processes. Exceptional dedication!
