I had a tree fall at the property from winds and new tenants recently moved in and requested a few things done. Ana and the team found a vendor who could handle all the work and coordinated getting it all done in just a few days. I was very impressed and happy they got right to work to fix up my property so quickly.

United States | 01 March 2019Takes forever to get a response to a question. Often times when I do eventually get a response, the information given to me is incorrect and needs to be fixed. It has been incredibly difficult to arrange basic things like visiting the apartment to take measurements for furniture.The mode of communication has overall been less than professional, for instance leaving a indecipherable voicemail with important information without also following up with a clear email.

However I had difficulties so I reached back out to Onerent. I had lots of questions about their process since I am not tech-enabled. While leasing out the property took a little bit longer than expected, I had the peace of mind that a professional company would find me a tenant and manage the property, allowing myself to be truly hands off.

They deposit my rental income to me by the third business day of each month and that is guaranteed since they qualified the tenants. When we call into the Customer Success team, they pick up the phone and even if they cannot solve the problem right away, they provide some timeline and action plan. The team is professional, responsible, effective, and also easy to deal with. I truly love what Onerent has done for me personally and my renter.

United States | 24 February 2019Excellent experience! I had a leak from the top part of my wall where it meets the ceiling and was worried I couldn't sleep in my bedroom much longer. Onerent answered the call late at night and had a handyman out to fix the issue the next morning. The 24/7 maintenance is great in those situations and it helps that I can submit all my maintenance tickets online with photos and video! Every time I call, they do their very best to solve my problems, the customer service team is never rude and extremely considerate.

I used to post on Craigslist, or on the newspaper, and I get little to no bites at all! I've heard about Onerent from an old friend, and I gave it a go. Signed up on their website, got a call from one of their people, and they helped me out with the entire process of getting my home rented out! They took care of almost everything, from advertising my property, finding a suitable tenant, and showing them around and finally onboarding him. All that happened without me doing the heavy lifting. They've got great people who'll help you every step of the way. Keep it up Onerent team!

Iโve worked with other property management companies before but I found that they consistently dropped the ball or tried to lease my home out for UNDER market value just to make it easier on them! Onerent let me choose a leasing price $200 over what their competitor suggested , and they found a tenant in under a week.

United States | 20 February 2019Rented through one rent. Was apprehensive about going through a third party management company. They were attentive and available via text message for questions etc. and were able to work with the same people throughout the process. On the first look through I asked to have something cleaned before move in and it was done. I'd say the experience might not be as good as having an on-site office or working more directly with the landlord (if you like face to face interactions), but as a remote third party they did well. Everything was handled online for paperwork and paying rent is easy. Full disclosure they called two days after move in to ask if I needed anything and then asked me to review the service on Trustpilot. I was worried about their service based on others reviews but have no complaints. I will update this if that changes.

After showing, and then screening tenants, they presented us with a great family for our home in the South Bay. Their response time in regards to maintenance, inspections, and general questions has gone above and beyond previous property management companies I have tried in the past. I HIGHLY recommend the Onerent team if you're looking to get your property leased asap. 5 stars.

I had an agreement with the landlord that if I decided to have my lease extended for another year, he'd return half of my security deposit. Come August after I signed up for another lease year, I still haven't received the security deposit I was promised, so I inquired if I could use it to pay my October rent instead. I called OneRent and asked about how I should go about these kinds of deals, and they patiently walked me through it, and introduced Rox, my point of contact moving forward. So every time I have questions or requests, I've got Rox to follow up and get updates from. Never had any problem since then.

The tenants they found a year ago decided they wanted to extend the lease so Kristina called me to discuss my plans for the property and a potential rent increase based on the market and similar properties available. United States | 16 February 2019Reliable. I've been using Onerent to manage 2 of my properties for the last couple of years. The onboarding process was quick, and they worked around my schedule. Bobby (the inspector) was very knowledgeable with general maintenance. He actually noticed small issues with the home and fixed them on the spot. The listing photos that he took brought in double the showings I was getting my personal craigslist ad, and we ended up leasing the home within the week! The amazing staff, and features like Rent Guarantee make renting my home VERY worry free. Highly recommend this service!

When I started the planning process, we found Onerent to be professional, pleasant and helpful. The trend seems to be common in property management that tenants all despise property managers on Yelp. It's not often the positive side comes out publicly but I know this team is working hard to improve and they seem to have the property owner side down well.
