The shop I went to was kind of sketchy, I immediately started getting anxiety. Even though I was quoted for the interlock on the phone the guy that installed it tried to up-sell me with a different interlock I couldn't afford. And when I said no he got mad and lectured me. When I go some place with a price already quoted I expect to pay that. I believe I was treated unfairly but the interlock so far hasn't giving me problems despite the guy saying he hated installing these ones.

If you unfortunately have to go through the interlock device thing, this is a great company to do it. Excellent service and referrals to service centers all over.

Lack of installation locations. Had to drive hours rather than minutes to an even more rural location. Upon which faulty, defective equipment was installed in the vehicle. Had to pay for two over ride codes within hours of installation with no communication of refund or credit given. Everyone with company, in regards to incident, says that's strange. The more I talk to people, the more common it becomes.

Seriously??? Does anyone give you a good review?? F*&$ this thing!!!! It's soooo inconvenient!! I'm sure as h#@* not driving under the influence, now I'm just driving distracted...turning through an intersection and having to try to "blow" I have almost crashed numerous times because of this stupid device!! Not to mention how HUMILIATING it is to have to go through this!! OH and I was told "it may ask you to blow again while your driving, but probably not", every SINGLE time I drive I have to blow about 3 times...I live 6 minutes away from work, and have to blow many times before I even get to work..that's extremely frustrating!! I am a professional, and NOT a druggy or alcoholic, but I am being punished and treated like such...this whole entire process is ridiculous and just a way for you and government make money, it doesn't actually help anyone!

12 hours working 3rd shift. Device started car and I drove to a gas station by my house for a soda. Attempted test to get home for another half hour and couldn't get it to stop aborting the test mid blow (never having taking a drink if said soda). Sat on hold all the while until an operator finally answered but couldn't do anything to help. Then transfer to a "technician" for more assistance only to get their personal recording. Stroke of luck when finally the device worked and I was able to drive the 2 minutes home. Garbage device.

it has been horrible. i have been locked out and i have been following the instructions. i have clean pieces, not had any food that may give false positives and it still fives me a abort message. i have had to pull over on the high way because of the rolling test five minutes after driving to get it retested.

Very dated, bulky equipment. No mention of a camera in brochure or on-line. The camera is so huge and obtrusive , I almost had the system removed just based on the camera . I did not realize it would be there nor it would be so big and ugly .

Device has been installed for 1 week and I have been stranded 2x so far. First time there was a “no base” message. Towed car to install shop, a complete new device was installed. The next morning the car has no power, blown 50 amp fuse. Car is brand new, 83 miles. I have had to miss work 3 of the 5 business days this has been installed so far. Customer service line is slow and so far no one is able to explain to me what is causing these issues.

Charged a different price then qouted gor installion and monthly. Took over 2 hours for installtion and people were rude. When i called customer service about the pricing being wrong guy had no clue on what to do.

Difficult to speak with a representative. When I spoke with representative he couldn’t find me in the system. Said they had no record that I was a customer. Unbelievable. It took approximately 3 hours of my time to get someone on the phone, when I finally did he said he would transfer me to the troubleshooting department and instead he put me back to main menu and I lost my place in line to speak with someone. Beyond frustrating.

I deal with a young lady that has 2 jobs. She is in the office from 8 till 12. She is spread to thin in my opinion. As for guardian as a company , you guys are horrible. I needed work on my vehicle and nobody calls you back or answers the phone. If you need my money you guys answer the phone in 10 seconds otherwise it's a waste of time. I've been with you less than a week and the rate you guys work it's gonna be a long Year. Please feel free to follow up day or night. 561 305 3506.
