Its not very nice that i was sober and had to use my free refill just because i could not hum the right tune. I dont have this to teach me to sing, its sole purpose is to make sure i dont have alcohol in my system while driving. Im very disatisfied with the device.

Everyone at Guardian located on Ocala on NE 17th Rd. were very friendly and helpful. The one lady that walked me through it made me feel very comfortable. I had a problem with the interlock device and Tim was kind enough to come to my home and help me out. I am very pleased with the service.

Not very good considering, that I made my appointment on 4/8, and when I went 5/3 to the assigned installation center and he didn't have the kit....said that there was a problem with getting them. Sharon

Very poor telephone support have to wait 3 time 45 36 and 54 minutes in one day and the login on their website is not working. I am paying a fortune and I am getting a third world service.

Hello, I am very frustrated. The first time i went to get the device I went in and they didnt have the part in and said they were supposed to call me. Now I have had the device for 5 days and come to find out they forgot to set it to be calibrated in 30 days. So now I am stuck. I called and they said that they will give me a code to get to the next closes shop since I left town to visit family. They want me to pay extra out of packet costing around $90 for their mistake. Yes it "MAY" get refunded if they conclude that I didn't tamper the device yet now find out it is supposed to say 30 and count down to zero it said 0 and was going into negative numbers and they still want me to pay upfront money still.

Service was excellent...I do have an issue with the device, after not using it for a period of hours when I press to turn it on it goes into a warm up mode for 20 minutes or more....then I unplug it & plug back in warms up and I blow and hum at the same time....then it passes and after up to 10 seconds the alarm whistle goes off...I have to turn key off...and start all over again....Very frustrating😡

I got the interlock installed on Wednesday the 8th of May and on Friday the 10th it timed out on me while it was warming up and I never got a chance to blow . Then on Sunday morning I ate a very ripe banana and it failed me , I tried it several times and it kept failing me , so I waited 4 hours and had lunch and it failed me again, I brushed my teeth and gargled with salt water and it finally passed me at 3:00 in the afternoon. Something was definitely wrong with the machine. I took it back in to the place that installed it and they put it under warranty and gave me another one . It works so much better and faster . While I was getting the machine installed they had a new box of breath Machines come in and 3 out of the 5 machines DID NOT PASS when they hooked them up to their calibration tester. How can they hold it against me for failing when their new machines don’t even pass straight out of the box from the factory??? It’s a joke!!! What a pain in the BUTT!

Have to blow a very specific way to get this product to work. Almost rear ended another vehicle on the interstate my first day having it installed, voluntarily for work, might I add. Despite it being voluntary, I had to go have it serviced after not being able to safely blow for the five minutes it gives you. Had to pull over 3 lanes to get to safety and turn the car off. When I took it to get serviced, the representative was completely condescending treating and talking down to me like a criminal. I ended up having to park my car and pay for an Uber to get home and back the next morning. Really believe it’s unsafe to have a driver have to fumble for your device while driving. The next day I had to do it while driving in a downpour. It’s illegal to talk on your phone but blowing in this device is allowed? Ridiculous. But don’t worry. I have to pay for it for a minimum of six months. You guys are the criminals.

Not happy at all. The unit is inconsistent and very difficult to use. Using the same technique and candence gives various "abort" notification.

i think its pretty sad that you install a device that does not shut off when you turn off the key so it kills your battery than i have to call you and get a code and pay 50 dollars to get it started with the technolige today that you cant make a device that shuts off when you turn off the key or is this another way to get more money from the customer

Jasmin at the call center for Guardian Interlock was was amazing. She never rushed me, called me back when she said she would, kept in touch with me and sent me texts while I wasn't available to talk over the phone which was very helpful. She also was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and I did have a lot. My 3 star rating is not due to Jasmine at Guardian as she gets a 5 star all the way. My 3 star is because 1 day before my scheduled install, the shop owner "text me" canceling my appointment. He said that he only had one appointment for my scheduled day which was mine and not a reason to come in and open up the shop just for one appointment. First, I deserved a phone call not a text. I felt my business wasn't of a valued customer due to my DUI and having this device installed because I didn't matter enough to not only honor the appointment scheduled 1 week in advance but to get a phone call. Second, he or someone from Guardian should of made an attempt to find and schedule me somewhere else. So now I must call Guardian to look for another location which will have to be on a Saturday and based on another shops availability, who knows when it will be. I'm newly employed and have no time to take off during the week so it can only be done on weekends. Next Saturday I have a funeral to attend 30 miles away from my home so how can I possibly get this installed next Saturday even if there is a shop with availability. By this shop not honoring their appointment with me, is now going to set me back two more weeks and my insurance provider is giving me a 30 day deadline to get my drivers license reinstated which now gives me only two weeks to get to the dmv with proof to get it reinstated. I am hesitant to reschedule this with Guardian again if their 3rd party shops don't honor there appointments as JD Servcices didn't. But willing to give it another go because of Jasmin. My experience has been a great one working with Mrs. Tawanda Rozier getting my appointment set up. She was very helpful and when a possible issue came up she nipped it right in the bud & solved the problem. She is the reason I’m giving five stars!
