Really Liked the company that installed it. Very thorough and helpful. Haven't had any problems with this system.

This company is so hard to get a hold of I’ve been trying for two days now and my cars going to be shut off in 2 days nothing, sales just transfers me back to the que and says good luck, I’ve called prolly 40 times and have sat on hold for 15 hours total, and just ask me to leave a voicemail and hangs up on you I have sent email and online support forms nothing

Cheap and convenient

Very poor customer service, you call them an you wait on the phone an then they ask you if you want them to call you back, an it take 6 to 7 hours later an they call you. Terrible.

Cannot hum and blow in this thing. Spent over an hour sitting outside the shop after getting it switched from a different vehicle before giving up. Could not get it started once. The car that it was in sat in the driveway for the last ten months not being driven because this machine will not work.

Joe was diligent, answered all my questions and available by phone at all times.

Why are you thanking me for a purchase??? The state of Florida forced me to put your obsolete technology in a car that’s not even in my name.its the worst distraction hazard. I popped a curb, causing an air bubble in the side wall of my right front tire the first day. At the time of installation, (witch cracked my dashboard,) I was told to ignore the video from 2004 advising me to not leave the devise in a hot car. And it is hot here in Florida. I chose not to get in a very hot car and blow from outside, after I untangle it from around the break pedal! Then it says nice pic. I’m not sure which politicians are receiving kick backs from you?

I have had the device for less than 1 week and already had a major problem with it locking out after starting the car and driving. I was td by the linstall partner that these devices have a lot of problems. I had to go to the service center to get it fixed, completely reining the rest of my day, to have it reset. I tried to call guardian but was on hold forever and they never picked up. Completely unacceptable! I wasn't charged anyrhing by the service center because it was clearly a device malfunction, but was told guardian usually tries to change a customer even when it is their device problem. I would appreciate a direct line to guardian so that in the future I can reach someone right away (good customer service). Also, just in general, it takes forever for the device to "warm up" so i am stuck in my car waiting in the heat just to start it.

They lied about the price .. even sent me an email stating how much it would be and Totally lied would not recommend.. AT ALL

After an 8 hour shift I blew and it gave me a warning for alcohol. I haven't had any alcohol in 6 months but it will show on my report at the end of the month. I had to contact my P.O. in order to clear myself. Called the installer and he said it happens sometimes. This is something that needs to be corrected as it can be legal trouble for someone.

Don’t go to A 1 Auto Tech in Rock Hill, SC. Horrible customer service and terrible at the installation. Guardian over all is ok. All the fees and monthly service fees are ridiculous.

Well I just had a couple instances where it didn't start and took time off I was stuck at work that's all

Works well, not too intrusive. My installers at Interlock Solutions LLC Guardian are awesome! Wish it had a little hook or something to hang it out of the way.

Great product and service!

I found that the experience was not as awful as I expected. The interlock is essentially easy to use once the nervousness wears off and the experience of having it installed was made much less stressful by the technician.

Friendly and Extremely Helpful

The device is ok and the installing was good, but everything I was told over the phone was incorrect from what I was going to pay to what I needed to bring. Won’t recommend to anybody
