United States | 07 May 2016Servicing agent (Richmond Telematics in Melbourne FL) was fantastic! Superb customer service by Christine and a pleasure to work with. Got me in for an install the next day! The device itself could be more user friendly though. It's bulky, ugly, and the cycle time for warm up is way too long. Also, when it aborts because of a miscue in the testing process it takes way too long time to re-arm and during a rolling retest it's very distracting to the driver. This is a voluntary installation and it could be a little easier to manage the device.

They were efficient, professional and respectful. The installer that they have partnered with was extremely professional and made an otherwise upsetting situation much better

United States | 19 April 2016Spoke on the phone got a 60 dollar quote said gave them all my info CC number all the good stuff then got to the shop they installed the machine after a hour they said or we don't do your state after fibbing on the paper work some how they said ok then they hit me with fee's sorry your state required all of that I call guardian they gave me the run around still waiting on them to call me back it takes 4 minutes just to warm up so your sitting cold hot waiting don't drink and drive.

United States | 06 April 2016Driven Towing and Recovery are great they have gone out of their way to help. The device itself is in my opinion junk. It is not audible enough while driving. The complex way that blow-hum-inhale works takes your attention off of the road while driving. I think this particular device is hazardous. Others are much more acceptable. I would never suggest this device to anyone. I would swap out with another in a heartbeat. The $14.00 savings per month from others is absolutely NOT worth it.

United States | 28 March 2016JC was very helpful in getting me set up with the system and made the process as painless as possible. She respectfully guided me through the necessary steps. We had to verify there were no surprises at the state DMV office so she waited on hold with me until we were able to confirm the necessary information. She also scheduled the installation via conference call with the auto shop. Unfortunately I ran into a little friction with the shop from someone who wasn't involved with the coordination effort when I delivered the vehicle but we worked things out.

United States | 25 March 2016We set up an appoinment in advance and even payed $50 down payment and when the day of the appointment came we went to the location we were given when we arrived we were told that guardian no longer was at that location no one from that company even bothered to let us know about those changes and that was the only day I had off so it was a waste of time and I had already gave them my $50 really disappointed
