Upon making initial call to guardian for install of interlock system the experience was pleasant. Representative Sarah was amazing and very helpful. Glad we chose Guardian for this service.

I arrived on time and Steve was able to help me with the install. He was very nice, polite and knowledgeable about the product, installing the piece of equipment and training me on how to use it. Guardian Interlock is a top company that offers great customer service. This is how customers should be treated.

Great customer service, I had my original appointment set at 9am I asked to get it changed to a different time and Kristin handled it promptly, due to a mix up on my behalf I had to reschedule again, back to my original time and she once again took care of me. Thank you!

It works like you would think one should work,I drink Starbucks with cream and sugar . no mid reads there . I smoke cigarettes. No mid reads there. It is a punishment in my case,, but it operates well. My Freind martin has had nothing but trouble with his 22 violations and I was there, I live with him he is in a wheel chair and reliesbon me to do everything for him . alco lock has cost him tons of money. Poor service poor equipment. Guardian was a huge fwinner in my book

Two of the girls (Tawanda and Danielle) went above and beyond to process my forms so quickly so that I could have my interlock install at a convenient time. They turned it around in less than a day!

This was the best choice in a bad situation.

If you have to have a interlock device installed in your vehicle, go with guardian! ! They are respectful, knowledgeable , and efficient at their job. The device isn't difficult to use either. They will give you instructions on how to use it by video & demonstration until you are able to use device efficiently.
