I have brought a shampoo and conditioner from this company and they have signed me up for more to be delivered I’m trying to cancel and can not don’t buy from them as they subscribe you up and you can’t cancel it I’m currently trying to do this through my bank now

Only a company that genuinely cares about their customers will go that far to resolve any issues It took a few days of emailing. There was a misunderstanding in the subscription order but in the end it was resolved

The product is quality, but you should change your subscription policy! Please aware your customers about automatically purchase ! I didn’t agree with it, but in a month without any confirmation I received notification from my bank account about purchase from your website that I didn’t do! More than that I asked to cancel that order and return my money, but no one did anything. It’s not good..

I would honestly give them 0 stars if I could. I made a purchase three weeks ago, and when I reached out to customer service, I kept getting the same automated response, claiming my parcel was delivered. After checking with my neighbors and my postal carrier, it became clear that no delivery had been made. I even contacted the international post office, where I was informed that the tracking number I was given isn’t linked to any shipment. This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing—it feels like a scam! I strongly advise against buying from them.

After buying 3 months supply of shampoo, conditioner and serum at almost £200 I am sorry to say there has been difference to my hair growth, condition of thickness. The company said I need to buy another 2 months supply to experience a difference but this seems to be a futile waste of money

I didn’t use the product so I returned it. Monaliza Conde, the customer service staff was quite helpful and gave me update on my return and immediately processed my refund. I will definetly come back to try the product once I have taken care of my scalp issue.

My scalp started itching intensely after 3rd or 4th use. I broke out in itchy bumps, which became inflamed. It took two full weeks for the symptoms to subside. I absolutely cannot recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin or a history of allergies.

I contacted the client service and IMMEDIATELY got an answer! Denise was the kindest and solved the little issue I had in the blink of an eye! I bought the bundle with the shampoo and the serum and so far I'm loving them :)
