I didn’t agree with it, but in a month without any confirmation I received notification from my bank account about purchase from your website that I didn’t do! More than that I asked to cancel that order and return my money, but no one did anything. It’s not good..

I made a purchase three weeks ago, and when I reached out to customer service, I kept getting the same automated response, claiming my parcel was delivered. After checking with my neighbors and my postal carrier, it became clear that no delivery had been made. I even contacted the international post office, where I was informed that the tracking number I was given isn’t linked to any shipment. This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing—it feels like a scam! I strongly advise against buying from them.

The company said I need to buy another 2 months supply to experience a difference but this seems to be a futile waste of money

Switzerland | 20 October 2024My scalp started itching intensely after 3rd or 4th use. I broke out in itchy bumps, which became inflamed. It took two full weeks for the symptoms to subside. I absolutely cannot recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin or a history of allergies.
